1.1 Precautions During Use
ATTENTION: Before using this machine, carefully read all instructions in the manual and the warning signs on the machine.
- This Laresar machine is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or reasoning capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been supervised or instructed on the use of the machine by a person responsible for safety.
- Use only as described in this Laresar operating manual. If the machine is not functioning as it should, has received a strong impact, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or fallen into water, do not use it and contact the Laresar support team.
- Suitable ONLY for dry locations. Do not install, charge, or use this machine outdoors, in a bathroom, or within 10 feet (3 meters) of a swimming pool. Do not use on wet surfaces and do not expose to humidity, rain, or snow.
- When using this machine, keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all parts of the body away from openings and moving parts. Do not point the tube, aluminum alloy tube, or other accessories towards eyes or ears, and do not put them in your mouth.
- Do not use to pick up hard objects, such as glass shards, needles, nails, etc.
- Do not touch the charger with wet hands to avoid electric shock.
- Use only accessories and replacement parts recommended by Laresar.
- Do not use without the dust container and filter(s) in place.
- When removing or replacing a motorized brush bar, be careful not to pull the power button until the cleaner head has been reassembled.
- Do not water or pour liquids onto the vacuum cleaner. If this happens, it will increase the risk of electric shock.
- Pay special attention when cleaning stairs.
- Please do not use the vacuum cleaner to vacuum detergent, kerosene, soot, wet dust, water, sewage, matches, and other objects.
- Do not use a vacuum cleaner to vacuum small particles such as cement, plaster dust, wall dust, or large objects like toy paper balls, otherwise the vacuum cleaner will get blocked and the motor will burn out.
1.2 Battery Notes
- Do not discard the battery and it must be disposed of safely in accordance with local regulations.
- Do not use a damaged or modified battery pack or machine. Damaged or modified batteries may exhibit unpredictable behavior, resulting in a risk of fire, explosion, or injury.
- Do not burn batteries or expose them to high temperatures, as they may explode.
- The battery is a sealed unit and under normal circumstances poses no safety hazard. In the unlikely event that liquid leaks from the battery, do not touch the liquid as it may cause irritation or burns, and observe the following precautions:
- Skin contact: may cause irritation. Wash with soap and water.
- Inhalation: may cause respiratory irritation. Move to fresh air and consult a doctor.
- Eye contact: may cause irritation. Immediately rinse eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Seek medical attention.
- Disposal: Wear gloves to handle the battery and dispose of it immediately, adhering to local ordinances or regulations.
- When the battery pack is not in use, keep it away from paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws, or other small metal objects that could establish a connection from one terminal to another.
1.3 Charging Notes
- Before use, check that the charger cable shows no signs of damage or aging. A damaged or tangled charger cable increases the risk of fire and electric shock.
- Never modify the charger in any way.
- The charger is designed for a specific voltage. Always check that the mains voltage matches that indicated on the nameplate.
- Unplug the charger when not in use for extended periods.
- When the vacuum cleaner is fully charged, it needs to be cleaned or repaired, unplug the charger in time and do not pull the power cord directly.
- Do not pull the cord to unplug it from an outlet; grasp the plug and pull to unplug.
- Do not wrap the cord around the charger during storage.
- Please fully charge the battery on first use or after a long period of disuse. If the product is not used for a long period, ensure the battery is recharged and used at least every three months.
- In case of smoke or fire during charging, immediately unplug the charger and use a fire extinguisher to put out the fire. Do not use water to extinguish the fire, as it will increase the risk of electric shock.
- Follow all charging instructions and do not charge the battery or machine outside the specified temperature range. Improper charging or charging at a temperature outside the specified range can damage the battery and increase the risk of fire. To ensure maximum battery life, Laresar recommends the following:
- When not in use, the machine should be stored at room temperature. Recommended range: 64°F (18°C) to 82°F (28°C).
- The ambient temperature range for operation and charging should be between 50°F (8°C) and 86°F (35°C).
1.4 Precautions for Storage and Maintenance
- Store the product in a cool, dry environment. Please avoid prolonged sun exposure on the product.
- Use a dry cloth to clean the vacuum cleaner. Please do not use gases or liquids that can cause the surface to crack or fade.
- Do not apply fragrances or scented products to the filters of this machine. The chemicals contained in such products are known to be flammable and can cause the machine to catch fire.
- Do not perform any maintenance other than that shown in this manual or recommended by the Laresar support team.
- Do not disassemble the machine, as incorrect reassembly can cause electric shock or fire. Contact the Laresar support team when maintenance or repair is needed.
