IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using an electrical appliance, basic precautions should always be observed, including the following:
- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 and above, and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, provided they have been supervised or instructed on the safe use of the appliance and understand the potential risks. Keep the appliance out of reach of children. Routine cleaning and maintenance processes should not be performed by children without adult supervision.
- Clear the area to be cleaned. Remove power cords and small objects from the floor that may obstruct the appliance. Tuck rug fringes under the rug and lift curtains and tablecloths so they do not trail on the floor.
- If the floor has a slope in the area to be cleaned (e.g., a step or stairs), ensure that the appliance can detect the step without falling. A physical barrier may need to be placed at the edge of the slope to prevent the appliance from falling or tumbling down. Ensure the physical barrier does not pose a falling hazard.
- Use the appliance only as indicated in this manual. Use only attachments recommended or sold by the manufacturer.
- Ensure the power supply voltage matches that indicated on the docking station.
- FOR INDOOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY. Do not use the appliance outdoors or in industrial or commercial environments.
- Use only the rechargeable battery and docking station supplied with the appliance by the manufacturer. Non-rechargeable batteries are prohibited.
- Do not operate the appliance without the dustbin and/or filter.
- Do not operate the appliance in the presence of lit candles or fragile objects.
- Do not use the appliance in very hot or very cold environments (temperatures below -5°C/23°F or above 40°C/104°F).
- Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all parts of the body away from openings and moving parts.
- Do not operate the appliance in a room where an infant or child is sleeping.
- Do not use the appliance on wet surfaces or surfaces covered with water.
- Do not allow the appliance to pick up large objects such as stones, large pieces of paper, or any item that could clog it.
- Do not use the appliance to pick up flammable or combustible materials (such as gasoline and printer or copier toner) or in areas where these products may be present.
- Do not use the appliance to pick up burning or smoking objects (such as cigarettes, matches, hot ashes) or anything that could cause a fire.
- Do not place any object into the suction head. Do not use the appliance if the suction head is blocked. Remove dust, lint, hair, or anything that may reduce airflow from the suction head.
- Do not damage the power cord. Do not move the appliance or docking station by pulling the power cord, do not use the power cord as a handle, do not pinch the cord in a door, and do not pull the cord around sharp edges or corners. Do not run the appliance over the power cord. Keep the power cord away from heated surfaces.
- If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its authorized representative to avoid a hazard.
- Do not use the docking station if it is damaged. If the power supply is damaged or defective, stop using it and do not attempt to repair it.
- Do not use the appliance if the power cord or dustbin is damaged. Do not use the appliance or docking station if they are not functioning properly, have been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or come into contact with water. It must be repaired by the manufacturer or its representative to avoid a hazard.
- Disconnect power before cleaning or performing any maintenance on the appliance.
- The plug must be removed from the receptacle before cleaning or maintenance of the docking station.
- To dispose of the appliance, remove it from the docking station, disconnect the power, and remove the battery.
- The battery must be removed and disposed of in accordance with local laws and regulations before disposing of the appliance.
- Dispose of used batteries in accordance with local laws and regulations.
- Do not incinerate the appliance, even if it is severely damaged. Batteries may explode due to fire.
- Unplug the docking station when not in use for extended periods.
- The appliance must be used in accordance with the instructions in this user manual. Our company cannot be held responsible for any damage or injury caused by incorrect use.
- The robot contains batteries that only qualified personnel can replace. To replace the robot's battery, contact customer service.
- Turn off and store the robot if it will not be used for a long period. Unplug the docking station.
WARNING: Only the detachable power supply unit supplied with the appliance should be used to recharge the battery.
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
To comply with FCC RF exposure requirements and integrated circuits, a distance of at least 20 cm must be maintained between this appliance and individuals when the appliance is in operation. To ensure compliance with these requirements, it is not recommended to operate the appliance at a distance less than indicated. The antenna used for this transmitter must not be co-located with any other antenna or transmitter.

2. Preparation
2.1 Assembly and Charging
- Remove the protective film from the robot and docking station.
- Install the side brushes. [Click sound indicates proper installation]
- Positioning the Docking Station:
- Place the docking station in an open area.
- Plug in the power and tidy up the power cord to prevent tangles.
- Ensure at least 0.5m (1.64') clearance on both sides and 1.5m (4.92') clearance in front.
- Power On: 'I' means ON, 'O' means OFF. The product cannot be charged when it is turned off.
- Charging: Place the robot at the docking station and ensure the charging electrodes are aligned. A blinking light indicates charging; a solid light indicates fully charged. A full charge takes 5 hours.
2.2 Environment Preparation
- Tidy the room: Organize objects on the floor, such as wires, slippers, and other items, to ensure the robot's unobstructed operation.
- If carpets in your home have fringed edges, please tuck the edges under the carpet beforehand.
- Do not let the robot operate on wet floors.
- The robot can climb objects less than 12 mm high. If you do not want the robot to climb them, please remove them.
3. Product Usage
3.1 How to Use the Buttons
- Single Press: Start/Pause
- Double Press: Automatic Return and Charge
- Hold for 6 seconds: Enter Wi-Fi Pairing Mode
Indicator Status
- Cleaning: Blue light on
- Pause/Sleep: Blue light on
- Charging: Blue light blinking
- Low Battery - Automatic Return and Charge: Pink light blinking (battery less than 50%)
- Cleaning Complete - Automatic Return and Charge: Solid red light
- Entering Wi-Fi Pairing Mode: Solid pink light
- Error: Blinking blue light
- Error: Solid/blinking red light
3.2 App Download and Setup
Downloading and Installing the "Lefant" App
- Method 1: Scan the following QR code, then download and install the app as prompted. [QR Code Placeholder]
- Method II: Search for "Lefant" in the App Store, download and install the Lefant app. [iOS and Android Icons Placeholder]
Tips:
- Please connect to a 2.4GHz home Wi-Fi network. [Wi-Fi Settings Screenshot Placeholder]
- Follow the instructions in the "Lefant" app to register, log in, and pair the robot.
- Please ensure your mobile phone is connected to your Wi-Fi network before pairing the robot vacuum.
3.3 Maintenance - Dustbin¹
When cleaning and maintaining the robot and its accessories, please unplug the charging dock.
Warning: The filter (HEPA) must not touch water.
- Open the panel and take out the dustbin.
- Open the dustbin latch and discard the debris.
- Remove the filter assembly.
- Clean the pre-filter.
- Clean the HEPA filter.
3.3 Maintenance - Dustbin²
When cleaning and maintaining the robot and its accessories, please unplug the charging dock.
Warning: The filter (HEPA) must not touch water.
- Open the panel and take out the dustbin.
- Open the dustbin latch and discard the debris.
- Remove the filter assembly.
- Clean the pre-filter.
- Clean the HEPA filter.
3.3 Maintenance - Other Parts
When cleaning and maintaining the robot and its accessories, please unplug the charging dock.
- Clean the anti-drop sensor to ensure sensor sensitivity.
- Clean the swivel wheel to prevent hair entanglement.
- Clean the charging electrode to ensure successful charging.
- Clean the suction inlet to prevent clogging by dust.
- Clean the drive wheel and keep it clean.
- Clean the anti-collision sensors to ensure sensitive obstacle avoidance.
- Clean the side brush to prevent hair entanglement.
- Clean the charging electrode of the docking station to ensure successful charging.
4. Abnormal Symptoms
4.1 Symptom Messages
When the robot encounters problems, its red indicator light will turn on or flash, and it will beep with different durations and separations. The following table summarizes the corresponding causes:
Drive Wheel Anomaly
- Prompt Sound: 1 beep 3 times
- Cause of Fault: Drive wheel anomaly
- Solutions: Please check if the drive wheel is entangled and clean the drive wheel.
Side Brush Anomaly
- Prompt Sound: 2 beeps 3 times
- Cause of Fault: Side brush anomaly
- Solutions: Please check if the side brush is entangled and clean the side brush.
Fan Anomaly
- Prompt Sound: 3 beeps 3 times
- Cause of Fault: Fan anomaly
- Solutions: Please check the debris in the dustbin and air duct.
Dustbin Not Detected
- Prompt Sound: 5 beeps 3 times
- Cause of Fault: Dustbin not detected
- Solutions: Please install the dustbin into the machine.
Ground Detection Alarm
- Prompt Sound: 2 beeps 3 times
- Cause of Fault: Ground detection alarm
- Solutions: The robot is stuck in the air. Please move it to the ground.
Dilemma Disposal Failure
- Prompt Sound: 3 beeps 3 times
- Cause of Fault: Dilemma disposal failure
- Solutions: Failure to get rid of a dilemma; please move the robot to an open area.
Low Battery
- Prompt Sound: 4 beeps 3 times
- Cause of Fault: Low battery
- Solutions: Please move the robot to the docking station to charge it.
Adapter Anomaly
- Prompt Sound: 5 beeps 3 times
- Cause of Fault: Adapter anomaly
- Solutions: Clean the electrode and ensure you are using the original adapter.
Charging Anomaly
- Prompt Sound: 6 beeps 3 times
- Cause of Fault: Charging anomaly
- Solutions: Check if the robot is powered on.
If the above methods cannot resolve the issue, try the following operations: turn on the ON/OFF button under the panel to restart the robot.
4.2 Troubleshooting
If the following problems occur during product use, users can resolve them independently through comparison and investigation.
Abnormal Cleaning
- Fault: Abnormal Cleaning
- Possible Causes: Blockage of cleaning components.
- Solutions: It is recommended to regularly replace consumables, such as high-efficiency filters (HEPA), pre-filters, side brushes, etc.
- Possible Causes: Dust on sensors and other components.
- Solutions: Please refer to the [Maintenance] chapter of the manual to clean the robot.
Cannot Connect to App
- Fault: Cannot Connect to App
- Possible Causes: Not entered Wi-Fi pairing mode.
- Solutions: Continue to press the Start/Pause button for 6 seconds: enter Wi-Fi pairing mode. Please refer to the manual chapter [App Download and Setup].
- Possible Causes: 2.4GHz network is not used.
- Solutions: Please refer to the manual chapter [App Download and Setup].
Difficult Return to Charge
- Fault: Difficult Return to Charge
- Possible Causes: Incorrect placement of the charging base.
- Solutions: Please place the charging dock in an open and flat location.
- Possible Causes: The charging dock is powered off or manually moved.
- Solutions: Please check if the charging dock is connected to the power supply. Do not move the charging dock's position when the robot is operating.
- Possible Causes: The house is too large and the environment is complex.
- Solutions: Please refer to the [Environment Preparation] chapter of the manual. If the home environment is too complex, it is recommended to use multiple charging docks.
- Possible Causes: The robot did not start cleaning from the docking station.
- Solutions: Let the robot clean from the docking station.
Cannot Charge
- Fault: Cannot Charge
- Possible Causes: Power is not connected or the plug is loose.
- Solutions: Check if both ends of the power adapter are connected and powered normally.
- Possible Causes: Poor contact between the robot and the charging electrode of the docking station.
- Solutions: Ensure that the robot's charging electrode and the charging base are fully connected and regularly clean the robot's charging electrode and the docking station.
- Possible Causes: Battery deterioration due to non-prolonged use.
- Solutions: It is recommended to use this product frequently. If the battery cannot be charged because it has not been used for a long time, please contact a customer service representative.
