Precautions

Read carefully before use:

⚠️ Do not use the scale on a wet surface. This could lead to slipping.
⚠️ Dispose of the scale properly following your local regulations.
⚠️ Do not jump on the scale. This scale has a weight limit of 400 lbs (180 kg).

Scale Overview

This smart scale can automatically calculate and display the difference between two consecutive weight measurements.

BMI (Body Mass Index) is a person's weight in kilograms divided by the square of height in meters. This indicator will be calculated and shown in the Fit Profile App.

Scale Layout

The scale features a tempered glass surface with an LED display on top and scale feet on the bottom. The battery compartment is located on the underside.

Get Started

1. Download the app and create an account

Download the app. Go to the App Store for iOS or Google Play Store for Android, and search for "Fit Profile", or scan the QR code below. [QR Code for App Download]
Sign up and complete your profile, including height, etc.
For Android, turn on "Location". For iPhone, allow "Fit Profile" to use Bluetooth.

a) Open the "Fit Profile" app.
b) Tap "+ Pair the Device".
c) Turn on the scale by briefly stepping on and off it. On the app, tap the digital scale icon, then select "CG10F" and click "Connect".

Your scale has now been successfully paired with your smartphone and is ready to show more data.

2. Setup your scale

Before putting your digital scale into operation, open the battery compartment on the underside of the device and insert the three 1.5V batteries (type AAA) included.
Place the scale on a hard flat floor surface.
Turn on the scale by briefly stepping on and off it. Then, wait for the scale to be set to 0.00.
Step onto the scale barefoot and stand still until the numbers flash twice and stabilize. (A single measurement is completed, and you can track all you need using the app for routine use.) If you need to track your BMI and more detailed values, please measure your weight after completing app registration.
Difference Function Usage:

a) Second Weighing: Step off, then quickly step back on before the screen turns off to complete the second measurement.
b) View Results: The weight difference between the two measurements will be displayed in the lower right corner of the screen.

3. Take measurements

Open the "Fit Profile" app, and then keep the app open on the "Home" screen.
Place the scale on a hard flat floor surface; do not place it on carpet or any other soft surfaces.
Turn on the scale by briefly stepping on and off it. Then, wait for the scale to set to 0.
Step on the scale while barefoot until the numbers display on the scale. Your measurement results will also display on the app. ✔️ (Correct foot placement) ❌ (Incorrect foot placement)

Recommendations

To have accurate, consistent, and comparable measurement results, please follow the recommendations below.

1. DO's

Ensure the personal information in your profile is correct.
Place the scale on a hard flat floor surface when you weigh.
Make sure the scale displays a 0 before stepping on to measure. While barefoot, stand still on the scale until the measurement is completed.
Weigh yourself under similar conditions and around the same time every day.
Empty your bladder before weighing.

2. DON'Ts

Do not place the scale on a carpet or a soft surface when you weigh.
Do not measure with socks or shoes on.
Do not measure when your body is wet. For example, immediately after a shower, bath, sauna, or strenuous exercise.
Do not measure after drinking a lot of water or alcohol.
Do not measure if you have a cold or fever.

Troubleshooting

The scale may display various messages or behave unexpectedly. Here are common issues and their solutions:

Unable to Sync with App	Lost connection, or scale turns off / Connection lost or scale turns off	Reconnect the scale: For iPhones, authorize Bluetooth; for Android, enable location. Click the icon on the top-right corner and tap "My Device" -> "+ Add device" on the app.
