How many Bluetooth devices can be connected simultaneously?
One device.
How do I pair my headset with the Jabra PRO base?
Dock the headset in the base. The touchscreen will prompt you to accept pairing as primary or secondary. Secondary pairing is for conference calls.

Why doesn't my headset work with my desk phone/softphone?
Check headset battery charge, ensure the headset is in range, and verify the headset and base are paired.

Ensure the base is powered on, the desk phone is the target, there is an audio connection, and a phone line is open. Re-run the desk phone setup wizard.
Why do I hear a low noise in the headset when there is silence?
The headset speaker volume might be too high. Decrease it using the touch panel.
How come the person on the other end cannot hear me?
