• To ensure files copy completely, do not remove the USB-C® power adapter while copying files. For maximum performance, use a PC and USB-C® power adapter equipped with PD 3.0.

Warranty Information

j5create offers a limited 2-year warranty. User wear & tear damage is not included. For warranty claims, users must contact j5create customer service to obtain a return authorization number. Users are responsible for one-way return freight costs, while j5create covers the return freight back. Required information for return authorization includes:

• A copy of the original purchase invoice
• Product serial number
• Description of the problem
• Customer's name, address, and telephone number

j5create is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions. This warranty does not apply to:

• Consumable parts (unless damaged due to defect)
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, broken plastic on ports)
