The microphone consists of the following parts:

Operation Guide

Follow these steps for operation:

1. Insert the gooseneck connector into the microphone base's XLR connector as shown. (Diagram Description: Illustration shows the gooseneck being plugged into the base.)
2. Connect the microphone base to an external unit (mixer, amplifier, etc.) using an XLR cable. (Diagram Description: Illustration shows the base connected to a mixer/amplifier.)
3. Set the mode switch on the microphone base.

Mode Switch Operations:

The mode switch allows selection between four modes. The LED indicator on the base shows the status:

• LED Indicator Status: Solid red light indicates Mute ON; Solid green light indicates Mute OFF.

1) ON/OFF Mode

Default: Mute ON (Solid red light). Press the [PUSH] button briefly to activate the microphone; the indicator will turn green.

2) MUTE Mode

Default: Microphone ON (Solid green light). Press and hold the [PUSH] button to mute the microphone; the indicator will turn red. Release the [PUSH] button to return to the default state (microphone ON, green light).

3) TALK Mode

Default: Mute ON (Solid red light). Press and hold the [PUSH] button to activate the microphone; the indicator will turn green. Release the [PUSH] button to return to the default state (microphone MUTE, red light).

4) ON Mode

Microphone is always ON (Solid green light). The [PUSH] button is disabled.
