Assembly & Installation

The press is supplied part-assembled. Follow the instructions carefully to attach the hydraulic unit and set the clear operating height. Securely mount the press to a suitable bench (concrete or wood) capable of supporting its weight and any workpiece.

Operation & Maintenance

Before first use, purge the hydraulic system to remove air. Operate the pump slowly, ensuring the workpiece and tools are properly aligned and supported. DO NOT exceed the rated capacity or apply off-centre loads. After use, fully retract the hydraulic unit ram to prevent corrosion. Regular lubrication and cleaning are essential for maintaining the press.
