How to Use the Built-In USB-C Cables
Retractable Built-In USB-C Cable (USB-C1)
Pull the cable to the desired length. To adjust the cable, pull again, adjust to the desired length, then pull slightly (about 1cm) and stop to set it in place. Pull slightly (about 1cm) to retract the cable.
Non-Retractable Built-In USB-C Cable (USB-C2)
Push upward to extend the cable. Pull downward to secure the cable in place.
Screen Display Guide
- Press the power button or pull the retractable built-in USB-C cable (USB-C1) to turn on the screen and check the battery status.
- The screen stays on during charging / recharging. To manually turn off the screen, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds.
- Press the power button twice to activate or exit trickle charging mode.
Checking the Battery Status Without Charging / Recharging
If there is no interaction within 10 seconds, the screen will automatically turn off.
The screen displays:
- Battery Temperature (e.g., 75°F / 24°C, High Performance Mode)
- Battery Health (e.g., 100%, Cycle Counts: 10)
Checking the Battery Status During Charging / Recharging
If there is no interaction within 10 seconds, the display will automatically switch to the main screen.
The screen displays:
- Pass Through (e.g., 82.22%, 01 H 37 M)
- Charging/Output Ports (e.g., C1: 20W, C2: 80W, C3: 10W, A: 0.1W)
- Battery Temperature (e.g., 75°F / 24°C, High Performance Mode)
- Battery Health (e.g., 100%, Cycle Counts: 10)

Battery Status Under Normal Conditions
- Battery Temperature: Displays temperature and status (e.g., 75°F / 24°C, SAFE, High Performance Mode).
- Battery Health: Displays battery percentage and cycle counts (e.g., 100%, Cycle Counts: 10).
Active Cooling Mode: Displayed when the battery temperature is slightly high, reducing the power of charging or recharging to cool the power bank.
Battery Temperature (Active Cooling): Displays temperature and status (e.g., 75°F / 34°C, SAFE, Active Cooling Mode).
Pass Through (Active Cooling): Displays pass-through percentage (e.g., 80%).

Charging Your Devices
Charge your phones, tablets, or laptops via the built-in USB-C cables (USB-C1 and USB-C2), the USB-C port (USB-C3), and the USB-A port.
Recharging the Power Bank
Recharge the power bank via one of the built-in USB-C cables (USB-C1 or USB-C2) or the USB-C port (USB-C3).
*Note: The power bank cannot be recharged via USB-C1, USB-C2, and USB-C3 simultaneously. When connected to multiple power sources, the power bank will automatically select the one with the highest power for recharging.
Trickle Charging Mode
Press the power button twice to activate trickle charging mode.
Charge your earbuds or other low-power devices via the USB-A port.
Press the power button twice to exit trickle charging mode.
Other Screen Displays
Low Battery Alert
Displayed when the screen is manually turned off during charging / recharging, and the power level is lower than 10%.
Low Battery Alert
Circuit Protection
Displayed when current or voltage abnormality triggers circuit protection.
Circuit protection enabled. Please unplug and replug the device.
Temperature Protection Mode
Activates when the battery temperature is too high or too low, stopping the power bank until the temperature returns to normal.
- High Temperature: Displays temperature (e.g., 118°F / 48°C, Protection, Non-Recharging Mode). Message: "Please wait for the power bank to cool down before using it."
- Low Temperature: Displays temperature (e.g., 28°F / -2°C, Protection, Non-Recharging Mode). Message: "Please move the power bank to a warmer environment for optimal use."
Low Battery Health
Displayed when the battery life drops below 60%.
- Battery Health: Displays battery health percentage and cycle counts (e.g., 60%, Cycle Counts: 9,999). Message: "Battery health is low. We recommend replacing the product."
