Setup and Connection Guide

Step 1: Connect Welding Cables

Connect the MMA electrode holder and TIG torch cables to the corresponding positive (+) and negative (-) terminals on the welding machine.

Step 2: Connect TIG Torch and MMA Holder

Ensure the TIG torch and MMA electrode holder are securely connected to their respective terminals.

Step 3: Connect Earth Clamp

Attach the earth clamp firmly to the workpiece to establish a proper ground connection.

Step 4: Connect Power Supply

Connect the single-phase (1~) power cable to the appropriate power source.

Step 5: Connect Gas Hose (TIG)

Connect the gas hose for the TIG torch to the machine's gas inlet.

Step 6: Connect TIG Torch to Machine

Connect the TIG torch cable to the designated connection on the welding machine.

Step 7: Set Welding Current

Adjust the welding current (XX A) using the machine's controls as required for the welding task.

Step 8: Welding Operation

Begin the welding process, ensuring all safety measures are followed.
