SUNMI FLEX 3 Interactive Terminal
Product Models
The FLEX 3 series includes the following models:
- Model: F9J1A - 18.5" display, 1920x1080px resolution
- Model: F961A - 22" display, 1920x1080px resolution
- Model: F9E1A - 27" display, 1920x1080px resolution
Connecting the Power Cord
Portrait Version: Remove rear shell 1, then insert the power cord according to method A.
Landscape Version: Remove rear shell 1 and rear shell 2, then insert the power cord according to method B.
Powering On and Off
- Connect the Power Cord: Insert the adapter's plug into the AC socket to power up the device.
- Turn Off & Turn On:
- When the device is on, press and hold the power button for 2-3 seconds to power off or reboot.
- If the device crashes, press and hold the power button for 11 seconds to force a shutdown.
- When the device is off, press the power button briefly to turn it on.
Network Settings
Wi-Fi Setup
- Click the "Settings" button, enable WLAN, and enter the WLAN search interface. Wait for it to list available WLAN hotspots.
- Click on the desired WLAN to connect. If the network is encrypted, you will need to enter the access password.
NFC Functionality
- Portrait Version: The NFC reader is located on the lower part of the screen.
- Landscape Version: The NFC reader is located on the right part of the screen.
Stand Accessories (Optional)
A. Articulating Arm Stand
Bracket accessories are mounted via the standard VESA interface on the back of the main display.
Standard VESA (100*100mm): Install with M4 screws (4 pieces).

Points for Attention
Safety Warning
- Insert the AC plug into the AC socket matching the power adapter's input voltage.
- Do not use in environments with potential explosive gases.
- Non-professionals should not attempt to disassemble the power adapter.
- Operating temperature: 0°C to 40°C. Storage temperature: -20°C to 60°C.
- Suitable for use at altitudes up to 5000 meters.
- This equipment is not suitable for use in locations where children are likely to be present.
Important Safety Instructions
- Avoid installation or use during lightning storms to prevent electrical shock.
- If you notice unusual odor, overheating, or smoke, immediately disconnect the power supply.

Battery Replacement
- Using the wrong battery can cause explosions.
- Dispose of replaced batteries through authorized maintenance personnel; do not incinerate.
- Do not attempt to disassemble the device or replace the battery yourself. Contact SUNMI or an authorized service provider.
- Warning: This product may contain a coin or button cell battery. If swallowed, it can cause severe internal burns within 2 hours and can be fatal. Keep batteries away from children.
- If the battery compartment does not close securely, stop using the product and keep it away from children.
- Seek immediate medical attention if batteries are suspected to have been swallowed or placed inside the body.
App/Software
Use the POS terminal for payments in various retail and restaurant settings. Connect to a network and use the App Store for relevant applications.
To check app details: Navigate to "Settings -> App", then select the app name.
To uninstall apps: Navigate to "Settings -> App -> Manage App" and uninstall, or drag the app to the trash.
Usage Scenarios
The SUNMI FLEX 3 is suitable for self-ordering, self-checkout, KDS (Kitchen Display Systems), ESOP (Electronic Sell-Out Platforms), self-service, and information inquiries.

Restrictions of Use: Products operating in the 5150-5350 MHz & 5945-6425 MHz bands are restricted to indoor use in European member states.

RF Exposure Statement (SAR): This equipment complies with EU, FCC, and IC RSS-102 radiation exposure limits. Maintain a minimum distance of 20cm between the radiator and your body.
