Office furniture is designed to withstand daily use. The following products have been tested according to the highest standards for office use and meet IKEA's strict quality and durability requirements.

Therefore, a 10-year quality guarantee is provided for the main parts of all applicable products, covering defects in material, workmanship, and function. Please read the terms and conditions described in this booklet for detailed warranty information.

Warranty Period

The quality guarantee for the following products is valid for 10 years from the date of purchase: BEKANT/ベカント Series, IDÅSEN/イドーセン Series, GALANT/ガッラント Storage System, RODULF/ロドゥルフ Desk, MITTZON/ミッツォーン Series, TROTTEN/トロッテン Series, HÄLLAN/ヘッラン Cabinet. The original receipt is required to receive warranty service.

Scope of Quality Guarantee

This quality guarantee applies to defects in material, workmanship, and function of all main parts of the following products: BEKANT/ベカント Series, IDÅSEN/イドーセン Series, GALANT/ガッラント Storage System, RODULF/ロドゥルフ Desk, MITTZON/ミッツォーン Series, TROTTEN/トロッテン Series, HÄLLAN/ヘッラン Cabinet. The warranty period begins from the date of product purchase.

Products Not Covered by Warranty

The following products are not covered by the warranty:

• BEKANT/ベカント Screen
• ROTHULT/ロートフルト Smart Lock
• ELLOVEN/エロヴェン Whiteboard/Notice Board with Casters

Warranty Service

If a defect or damage occurs that IKEA determines, through its own investigation, to be caused by a manufacturing defect, this quality guarantee will apply. If the product is covered by the warranty, IKEA or its authorized service provider will repair the product, replace parts, or exchange it for an identical or comparable product at IKEA's discretion. IKEA will cover the costs of repair, parts replacement, technician labor, and travel associated with the warranty service. This quality guarantee does not apply to repairs performed by anyone other than IKEA or its authorized service providers, unless IKEA has given prior approval. Any replaced parts will become the property of IKEA. If the product to be replaced is no longer manufactured or sold, IKEA reserves the right to exchange it for a similar product of equivalent value.

Conditions of Quality Guarantee

This quality guarantee does not apply if the defect or damage is caused by:

• Improper storage
• Incorrect assembly
• Misuse
• Overloading beyond the specified limits
• Incorrect use
• Use for purposes other than intended
• Modification
• Cleaning with incorrect methods or detergents

This quality guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, or damage caused by impact or accidents. It also does not apply if the product has been exposed to prolonged periods outdoors, direct sunlight, or high humidity environments such as bathrooms.

This quality guarantee does not cover indirect or consequential damages.

Care and Use Instructions

Tighten screws firmly after two weeks of use, and check them periodically (a few times a year) to ensure they remain tight.

For all surfaces: Wipe clean with a cloth dampened with a mild detergent, then wipe dry with a clean cloth.

Applicable Laws in Different Countries

This quality guarantee provides customers with specific legal rights and statutory rights according to applicable laws.
