Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No mist or little mist | Using distilled or purified water. | Use tap water (without filter). |
| Leaking | Water is exceeding the max fill line. | Clean the unit and add water 1/2 way to fill line and additional water after getting mist. |
| Blinking lights | Sensor/disc (inside the bottom of water tank) needs to be cleaned. | Clean as advised with clean water. Dry with cloth or brush or swab. |
| None of the examples | Tap water is too cold. | Empty tank and refill with lukewarm tap water. |
| None of the examples | Overfilled with water. | Clean the unit and add water 1/2 way to fill line and additional water after getting mist. |
| None of the examples | The lid (cover) is not fully covered on the water tank. | Make sure the lid (cover) is properly in place. |
| None of the examples | Water level indicator is dirty. | Carefully clean the sensor/disc inside the bottom of unit. |

How to Use
- Connect with power adapter (DC:24V-500MA 5.5*2.1MM).
- Add water and 3-5 drops of essential oils. (Caution: Do not splash water into the air outlet).
- Add water under the MAX line (500ml).
- Turn on the diffuser to start working. It features auto shut-off when it runs out of water.
Caution:
1. Do not exceed the "MAX" line when adding water.
2. It is recommended to use a container to add water in case water splashes into the motor.
How to Clean
- Rinse the water tank with clean water and wipe dry with a clean cloth. Ensure no water splashes into the air outlet.
- Clean the sensor/disc with a cotton swab.

Kindly Remind: The light can be turned on when there is no mist or the water level is low.
Product Maintenance
- Do not use with a wet hand.
- Do not use detergents, solvents, or abrasive agents to clean the diffuser unit.
- Do not block the mist output, as this will damage the product.
- Do not remove the cover or add water/oils while the unit is in use.
- Please use on a flat surface.
- Please clean the diffuser regularly; once a week is recommended.
- Please follow the advised cleaning instructions.
- Please keep away from children and pets.
