Promotion Overview

LG Electronics Italia S.p.A. is conducting a cashback initiative titled "Con i Side by Side LG Green per te fino a 500 euro di cash back" (LG Green Side by Side: Up to €500 Cashback).

Area

Italian national territory and the Republic of San Marino.

Duration

Purchase Period: August 1st to September 30th, 2023.

Registration Deadline (Data): Within 15 calendar days of purchase.

Registration Deadline (Serial Number): Within 30 calendar days from the end of the purchase period.

Eligible Participants (Recipients)

Adult consumers residing or domiciled in Italy who purchase one of the promoted products during the specified period from authorized retailers.

Exclusions: Wholesalers, resellers, retailers, distributors, purchases made through "VIP Program", "Corporate Benefit" (www.lg.com/it), or the vipdistrict.com portal. Participants who have cancelled or returned any of the promoted products are also excluded.

Products sold and shipped by AMAZON EU Sarls only. Excludes products sold by third-party sellers on the Amazon Marketplace and Amazon WarehouseDeals products.

Important Note: Purchases from stores or e-commerce sites not listed above, or from general distribution chains (G.D.O.), are not valid.

Promotion Mechanics

Participants who purchase one LG refrigerator (from the "Promoted Products" list) from an eligible sales channel during the promotion period are eligible to claim the cashback refund.

The purchase must be documented by a clear and legible receipt or invoice ("talking document") that specifies the promoted product. For purchases made via the LG shop, the order confirmation is acceptable.

Registration Procedure

To claim the cashback, participants must follow these steps:

1. Visit www.lgforyou.it within 15 calendar days of purchase.
2. Register by completing the form: Name, Surname, Email, Age confirmation, Privacy consent, Password. An activation email will be sent.
3. Alternatively, log in if already registered.
4. Complete the registration form:
   • Select document type (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation for LG shop purchases).
   • Enter purchased model.
   • Enter product serial number.
   • Select the point of sale or e-commerce site.
   • Provide purchase document details: date, number, total amount (including cents), and product amount.
   • Provide bank details (IBAN for Italian bank accounts only). Refunds are processed via bank transfer to the registered IBAN.
5. Finalize registration by confirming acceptance of the terms and uploading the required documents:
   • A clear and legible photo or PDF of the purchase document (receipt/invoice/order confirmation) showing all purchase details. Multiple documents or partial/retouched images are not accepted.
   • A clear and legible photo or PDF of the product's serial number.
   • A clear and legible photo or PDF of a valid identity document (showing personal data).

Upon successful completion, a confirmation message will be displayed and sent via email.

Purchase Document Requirements

The purchase document must be "talking," meaning it clearly shows:

• The purchased product model.
• The purchase price.
• The seller's name, address, and VAT (or equivalent identification).

Important Notes on Participation

• Participants must provide correct and truthful information; otherwise, participation and refund claims will be void.
• Each purchase document can be used only once.
• Each participant is entitled to only one refund, regardless of the number of products purchased.

Refund Processing

After verification of the submitted documentation within the specified timeframe, the refund will be processed to the provided IBAN within 180 days of validation.

LG Electronics Italia S.p.A. reserves the right to request original purchase documents at any time. Participants are required to keep original documents for up to 2 months after the promotion ends. Failure to provide requested originals will invalidate the refund claim.

Refund Amounts

The refund amount is based on the purchased product model:

Refunds will be issued exclusively via bank transfer.

Publicity

The promotion will be advertised via flyers, point-of-sale materials, and on the websites www.lg.com/it and www.lgforyou.it. LG Electronics Italia S.p.A. may use other communication methods deemed suitable.

General Clauses and Conditions

• Participation implies unconditional acceptance of all rules and clauses.
• Purchase documents must be complete, legible, and unaltered. Documents with obscured information, cancellations, abrasions, or alterations are invalid.
• Photos must be clear, complete, and legible. Partial, retouched, or tampered images are not accepted.
• Receipts must clearly display the retailer's name/logo. LG may verify retailer affiliation.
• Only specified digital formats for uploads are accepted.
• Registration data cannot be modified after submission.
• This promotion may be cumulative with other offers, but is excluded for purchases made via "VIP Program", "Corporate Benefit" (www.lg.com/it), or vipdistrict.com.
• Returns or purchases of used/refurbished products are excluded.
• LG Electronics Italia S.p.A. is not responsible for incorrect banking details, banking errors, or account modifications. The right to a refund expires 180 days after the promotion ends.
• LG Electronics Italia S.p.A. reserves the right to conduct checks, including requesting original purchase documents or verifying with retailers.
• LG Electronics Italia S.p.A. is not liable for failed communication delivery due to incorrect participant data or technical issues (e.g., email problems, network failures).
• Participants attempting to defraud the system or violate the promotion's normal conduct will forfeit their refund. LG reserves the right to take measures to prevent circumvention.
• Suspicious collusion between consumers and retailers may lead to disqualification and further investigation.
• Personal data will be processed in accordance with current privacy regulations, as detailed in the privacy policy available at www.lgforyou.it.
• Any changes to the terms will be communicated to consumers through the same channels used for the original announcement.
• Refund claims are the sole responsibility of the participant. LG Electronics Italia S.p.A. is not liable if the participant fails to exercise this right within the stipulated terms.
