The Philips TownTune family is designed to enhance existing and scalable urban areas, offering the latest innovations in performance, light quality, and connectivity. The family comprises four solutions: Central Post Top (CPT), Asymmetric Post Top with side entry (ASY), the extended Lyre post top with side entry (Lyre), and the Conical Comfort Box (CCB) Central Post Top. Each TownTune luminaire can be customized with different housing shape options and an optional decorative ring available in two colors (excluding CCB). This allows for the creation of unique lighting signatures, giving districts and cities a distinct identity. Furthermore, the Signify Service tag application uniquely identifies each TownTune luminaire. By simply scanning a QR code placed inside the pole cap or directly on the luminaire, installation information can be accessed instantly. This facilitates faster and easier maintenance and programming, enabling the creation of a digital library of your lighting assets and spare parts. TownTune also ensures the right amount and direction of light in your street using the Philips LEDGINE-O lighting platform. Additionally, TownTune is future-ready by being System Ready (SR). It is a solution ready to be paired with advanced control and lighting software applications, such as standalone or Interact City.
