Overview
Front View
The front of the camera features Wi-Fi antennas, security lights, a fixed camera lens, and a motorized pan and tilt camera head.
Lateral View
The lateral view shows Wi-Fi antennas, the wall mount bracket, and the compartment for the MicroSD™ card slot and Reset button.
Rear View
The rear view displays the latch mechanism for camera attachment and the Siren/Speaker.
Bottom View
The bottom view shows the compartment for the MicroSD™ card slot and Reset button (covered).
Camera Features & Connectivity
This Smart Wi-Fi camera features an integrated dual connector with two ports:
- One USB-C® PD port for powering the camera via a USB-C® cable and power adapter.
- One RJ45 data port for optional Ethernet connection. This allows connection to an Ethernet-enabled LAN via an RJ45 terminated UTP cable* for enhanced internet access and data transfer, especially when the camera is far from the Wi-Fi router.
*The RJ45 terminated UTP cable is not provided.
Camera Installation
Step 1: Position and Mark
Place the wall mount bracket in the desired position and mark the drilling holes on the wall with a pencil. [✏️]
Step 2: Drill and Insert Anchors
Drill holes on the marked spots and then insert the provided wall anchors. [?️] [⚓]
Step 3: Attach Bracket
Firmly attach the bracket to the wall using the provided screws and a Phillips screwdriver. [?] [?]
Step 4: Mount Camera
Place the dual connector (c) through the conduit (b) and secure the camera to the wall mounting bracket by sliding the flaps (d) through the slots (e) in the bracket, until the latch mechanism (a) snaps into place, locking the camera. [➡️]
Inserting MicroSD Card
The Wi-Fi camera has a built-in card slot at the bottom, supporting microSD™ cards up to 128GB. Once inserted, the camera automatically starts recording and storing videos. This storage typically holds about one month of continuous footage.
Step 1: Open Compartment
Gently lift the rubber cover protecting the compartment at the bottom of the camera. [?]
Step 2: Insert Card
Insert the microSD™ card in the correct direction into the slot. [➡️]
Step 3: Close Compartment
Push the cover back down with your thumb until it tightly closes the compartment. [?]
Note: Failure to complete Step 3 may lead to water damage. [?❌]
Installing the Nexxt Home App
Download the Nexxt Home app from Google Play or the Apple App Store.

Creating a Nexxt Home Account
Step 1: Register by Email
Enter your email address and tap "Get authentication code". [✉️]
Step 2: Enter Verification Code
Enter the verification code sent to your email. [?]
Step 3: Set Password
Create a password (6-20 characters, including letters and numbers) and tap "Completed". [?]
Step 4: Account Created
Confirmation screen indicating the Nexxt Home account has been created successfully.
Adding Device to Nexxt Home Account
Step 1: Add Device
Select "Add device" or the "+" icon, then choose the smart camera. The app searches for nearby devices. Ensure your device is in pairing mode.
Step 2: Reset Device & Next
After selecting the smart camera, you will see a screen prompting you to reset the device. Ensure the indicator light is rapidly blinking or a prompt tone is heard. Tap "Next". [?]
Step 3: Connect to Wi-Fi
Connect to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and enter your network password. [?]
Step 4: Scan QR Code
Scan the QR code displayed on your mobile device with the smart camera. Once you hear a tone, click the "I heard a prompt" button. [?]
Troubleshooting
If you encounter problems:
- Press the Reset Button.
- Restart the Camera: Press and hold the reset button for a few seconds until it powers off and restarts.
Step 5: Device Added & Settings
If pairing is successful, a "Device added successfully" notification appears. Click the pencil icon to rename the camera and select "Save" to store settings.

Device Name

Basic Function Settings
- High Dynamic Range (HDR): Improves image quality with a wider range of colors, brighter whites, and deeper blacks for more detail. [?]
