I. PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Thank you for purchasing the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS). This system is designed to provide an additional layer of protection while driving and will warn the rider of tire conditions in advance. After installing the TPMS, the system can monitor tire pressure and temperature in real time. If any abnormal tire pressure or temperature is detected, the system will send a real-time warning sound and a flashing icon to inform the rider. Real-time alerts and problem-solving can prevent traffic accidents and ensure the safety of the rider and passengers.
II. Receiving Host Introduction
1. Interface/Display Description
The product's default tire pressure range is 1.8 bar (minimum) to 3.2 bar (maximum). If the pressure exceeds this range, the corresponding number will flash to alert you.
A diagram shows the TPMS display unit. It features a solar panel at the top. The main screen displays '2.5 BAR' for tire pressure, '28°C' for tire temperature, and '12:38' for time. Labels point to 'Solar panel', 'Tire pressure', 'Time', 'Tire temperature', and 'Battery power'.
Display examples:
- [Pressure Unit]: Displays the current pressure unit (e.g., BAR, PSI).
- [Unit Selection]: Indicates the unit selection mode.
- [Time Display]: Shows the current time (e.g., 2:07).
- [Upper Limit Display]: Shows the set upper pressure limit (e.g., 3.2 BAR).
- [Lower Limit Display]: Shows the set lower pressure limit (e.g., 1.8 BAR).
- [Pressure Low Warning]: Flashing display indicating low pressure (e.g., 1.8 PL).
- [Error High Temperature Warning]: Flashing display indicating high temperature (e.g., EH).
- [Abnormal Sensor Warning]: Flashing display indicating an abnormal sensor (e.g., Ab).
- [Sensor ID/Status]: Displays sensor information (e.g., 16:0, 65 60, 105, DE FE).
Installation Instructions
- Wiring Model: Connect the red power cord to the ACC power supply on the vehicle and the black (GND) to the negative pole of the battery.
- Solar Model: Push the solar panel straight to the top of the card slot.
- Install the fixed bracket to the top of the handlebar and lock it tightly. Mount the main unit to the bracket and adjust the angle, then lock it tightly.
- Sensor Installation: First, install the anti-tampering ring into the valve nozzle. Then, install the sensor according to the valve nozzle position, tightening it. Finally, tighten the anti-tampering ring. If the host does not show pressure for the corresponding position, re-install the sensor in that position.
Note: Solar models do not have battery voltage detection and output charging functions. For wiring models, the red line must be connected to ACC, otherwise, the system cannot start with the vehicle.
Function Setting (Non-professionals are not recommended to change)
Users can set parameters according to their vehicle conditions or actual needs. To avoid making changes to the system defaults, proceed with caution. Long press the “setup key” for 3 seconds to enter the system setup state. If there is no operation within 30 seconds, the system will automatically exit to the main interface state without saving settings. Long press the power button for 5 seconds to switch the machine on or off.
1. Unit Setting
The factory default unit is Bar. Long press the "setup key" for 3 seconds in standby state to enter the system setting state. The '0' appears in the upper left corner. Press the setup key again; the Bar icon blinks. Short press the "power button" to select Psi or Bar unit. Select the desired unit logo and press "setup key" to complete the setup.
2. Temperature Unit Setting
The factory default unit is °C. Press and hold the "Setting key" for 3 seconds under standby state to enter the system setting state. Press the power button; the '1' icon will appear on the upper left corner. Press the "Setting key", and the °C will blink. Change to °F through the "Power button", then press the "Setting key" to save the setting.
3. Time Setting
Press and hold the "Setting Key" for 3 seconds in standby mode to enter the system setting state. Press the "Power Key" twice to enter the time setting. Press the "Setting Key" briefly to set the hour; the hour will appear to blink. Set the hour by pressing the "Power Key" briefly. Press the "Power button" to set the hour, then press "Setup key 3" to enter the minute setting. Short press the power button to adjust the minute. Long press the Setup button to exit after finishing.
4. Barometric Alarm Upper Limit Setting
Long press the "setup key" for 3 seconds in standby state to enter the system setting state. Short press the "power key" 3 times to enter the upper limit setting of tire pressure. Press "setup key"; the tire pressure number will flash. Set the maximum upper limit tire pressure by short pressing the "power key". After setting is finished, press "setup key" to save it. Press the "power button" to set the maximum upper limit of tire pressure. After the setting is completed, press the "set button" to save.
5. Air Pressure Alarm Lower Limit Setting
Long press the "power button" for 3 seconds in standby state to enter the system setting state. Short press the "power button" 4 times to enter the lower limit setting of tire pressure. Press "setup button"; the tire pressure number flashes. Set the maximum upper limit tire pressure by short pressing the "power button". After setting, press "setup button" to save. Press the "power button" to adjust the lowest lower limit tire pressure. Long press the "set button" to exit after setting is completed.
6. Tire Temperature Alarm Setting
Press and hold the "setup key" for 3 seconds in standby state to enter the system setting state. Press "power key" 5 times to enter the tire temperature alarm setting. Press "setup key" briefly; the tire temperature number will flash. Set the maximum upper limit tire temperature by pressing "power key" briefly. After the setting is finished, press "setup key" briefly to exit. Long press "setup key" to exit after completion.
7. Individual Replacement of Sensors
To replace a sensor, first remove the sensor to be replaced. For built-in sensors, install a new built-in sensor. In standby state, long press the "setup key" for 3 seconds to enter the system setup state. Press the "power button" 6 times to enter the pairing selection mode. Press the setup key again; the interface '0' number appears to jump. Short press the "power button" to select the sensor location that needs to be replaced ('0' indicates the front wheel, '1' indicates the rear wheel). Select the location, press the setup key again. The following position is not changed. After selecting the position to be replaced, press the setup button again; the number below flashes. Install the sensor onto the tire and observe if there is a change in the number. If there is a change, long press the "power button" to exit.
If the sensor is built-in, inflate and deflate the tire when the following number is flashing.
