Kelvin Thermokennel Assembly Instructions
Introduction
Thank you for purchasing a Kelvin Thermokennel. We hope your Dog enjoys it.
The product assembles with a couple of tools: a Screwdriver (Pozi) and a wrench. We assume you either have these, or can get them from someone you know, rather than sending you a single-use tool that ends up in the third drawer down collection of ancient relics.

Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Base
Place the External Floor (A) on a flat surface. Layer the Insulation Floor (B) on top of the External Floor (A). Then, place the four Internal Floor pieces (C) on top of the Insulation Floor (B), fitting them together.
Step 2: Attach the Internal Shell
Position the Internal Shell (D) onto the prepared base layers. Ensure it aligns correctly with the floor components.
Step 3: Add Insulation Wall
Place the Insulation Wall (E) inside the Internal Shell (D), fitting it against the walls.
Step 4: Position the External Shell
Carefully place the External Shell (F) over the assembled internal structure. The diagram shows the External Shell (F) fitting over the Internal Shell (D), with the Insulation Wall (E) and floor components (A, B, C) in place below. Arrows indicate the layering from bottom to top: A, B, C, D, E, F.
Step 5: Align Base and Shells
Ensure the External Floor (A), Internal Shell (D), and External Shell (F) are correctly aligned. The diagram shows the base (A) at the bottom, with the Internal Shell (D) and External Shell (F) stacked above, showing the connection points.
Step 6: Insert Fasteners
Insert M8 x 25 Pan Pozi Screws (K) through the designated holes in the External Shell (F), Insulation Wall (E), and Internal Shell (D), and into the External Floor (A). Place an M8 Flat Washer (L) onto each screw before inserting.
The diagram shows screws (K) with washers (L) being inserted through components F, E, D, and into A. Multiple connection points are indicated.
Step 7: Rotate and Secure
Rotate the assembled unit so the back is accessible. The diagram shows the kennel rotated onto its back.
Step 8: Final Tightening
On the back of the kennel, place an M8 Flat Washer (L) onto each protruding screw (K). Then, thread an M8 Nyloc Nut (M) onto each screw and tighten using the wrench and screwdriver. The diagram shows the sequence: Screw (K) + Washer (L) + Nyloc Nut (M). Use tools to tighten.
