Thank you for purchasing this Monster product. Before use, please read this manual and the instruction manual of the Bluetooth-connected device. Detailed explanations are also available on the Monster website.

This product connects to Bluetooth-enabled mobile phones, smartphones, and music players. For simplicity, these devices are referred to as "connected devices" or "mobile phones" unless otherwise specified.

Before Use

Charge the Product: Fully charge the earphone bodies before first use.
Pair with Your Device: Pair the earphone bodies with your smartphone or computer. Bluetooth earphones require registration (pairing) with a connection terminal like a smartphone or PC before use.
Confirm Basic Operations: Familiarize yourself with the basic operations of this product.

Parts Identification

Charging Case

Contains the earphones for charging and storage.

Earphone Body

Includes Left and Right units, each with a touch sensor and LED indicator.

Charging Port

Located on the side of the charging case, this is a USB Type-C port for charging the case.

LED Indicator

Indicates charging status and pairing mode on both the case and earphones.

Touch Sensor

Located on the earphone body for controlling playback, calls, and other functions.

Main Operation Methods

Power On: Automatically powers on when removed from the charging case.
Power On (Manual): Press and hold the touch sensor on either earphone for approximately 3 seconds.
Power Off: Automatically powers off when placed back into the charging case.
Pairing Mode: Automatically enters pairing mode after power on (lasts for approximately 3 minutes).
Answer/End Call: Double-tap the touch sensor on either earphone. Double-tap again to end the call.
Reject Call: Press and hold the touch sensor on either earphone for approximately 2 seconds during an incoming call.
Music Play/Pause: Double-tap the touch sensor on either earphone.
Previous Track: Triple-tap the touch sensor on the left earphone.
Next Track: Triple-tap the touch sensor on the right earphone.
Activate Voice Assistant: Press and hold the touch sensor on the left earphone for approximately 2 seconds.
Volume Up: Single-tap the touch sensor on the right earphone.
Volume Down: Single-tap the touch sensor on the left earphone.
Game Mode: Press and hold the touch sensor on the right earphone for approximately 2 seconds while in Music Mode.
Music Mode: Press and hold the touch sensor on the right earphone for approximately 2 seconds while in Game Mode.
Reset: While not connected, tap the touch sensor on either earphone 5 times. A "Power Off" announcement will be heard upon success. This clears all pairing history. Re-pair after placing the units back in the charging case.

LED Indicator Guide

Earphones Charging in Case: Charging case blue LED lights up / Earphone red LED lights up.
Charging Case Low Battery: Charging case blue LED blinks (off if 0%).
Charging Case Charging: Charging case red LED blinks.
Charging Case Fully Charged: Charging case red LED lights up.
Pairing Mode: One earphone's red/blue LED alternates blinking.
Earphone Low Battery: Earphone red LED blinks approximately once every 5 seconds.
Earphone Fully Charged: Earphone LED turns off.

Charging

Please charge before first use.

Set the earphone bodies into the charging case and close the lid.
Charge the charging case using a USB Type-C cable connected to a USB power source (e.g., AC adapter). Ensure the earphone bodies are correctly seated in the case for charging.

Device Registration (Pairing) and Bluetooth Connection

Remove the earphone bodies from the charging case. They will automatically power on and enter pairing mode. A "Pairing" announcement will be heard. If pairing is not completed within approximately 3 minutes, the earphones will automatically power off. Power them on again to re-enter pairing mode.
Turn on the Bluetooth function on your mobile phone or music player and set it to pairing mode.
Select "[Monster Airmars XKT08]" from the list of newly connectable devices. If prompted for connection permission, select "Pairing" or "Connect". If prompted for a passcode, enter "0000".
Upon successful pairing, a "Connected" announcement will be heard, and "[Monster Airmars XKT08]" will appear as connected in your device's Bluetooth connection list.

Note: For subsequent uses, the earphones will automatically connect if the paired device's Bluetooth is ON and the device is nearby. You can also use either earphone independently.

After Use

Always store the earphone bodies in the charging case when not in use. Ensure they are correctly seated in the charging case to charge.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues, please re-read this manual and check the following before contacting support.

Symptoms and Solutions

Issue: Device name [Monster Airmars XKT08] does not appear when searching on your mobile phone.
Solution: Ensure Bluetooth is turned ON on your device. Refer to the "Device Registration (Pairing) and Bluetooth Connection" section.
Issue: Pairing is complete, but connection is not established, or only one earbud works.
Solution:
1. Turn off and then on the Bluetooth function on your mobile phone.
2. Turn off the earphones (by placing them in the charging case) and then turn them on again.
3. Turn off and then on your mobile phone.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, remove "Monster Airmars XKT08" from your mobile phone's Bluetooth device list and re-pair. If the problem persists, try resetting the earphones as described in the "Main Operation Methods" section.
Issue: Cannot make calls with a paired and connected mobile phone.
Solution: Follow the same troubleshooting steps as for connection issues.
