The Outback® Rider series is available in three cutting widths to suit various professional needs:
- Outback® Rider 92 cm (36"): Ideal for heavy-duty brush cutting with a deck designed for durability and protection.
- Outback® Rider 110 cm (43"): Offers a wider cutting path with a fabricated deck featuring crossed mulching blades for efficient mulching in tall grass.
- Outback® Rider 132 cm (52"): The largest model, providing maximum coverage and performance with similar mulching capabilities to the 110 cm version.
All models feature a low center of gravity and a Tuff Torq™ 4WD system for exceptional traction and stability on challenging slopes and uneven ground. The spacious operator platform ensures comfort during extended use.

Professional Engine
Equipped with a 28 gross HP Vanguard™ 810cc EFI V-Twin engine. This engine provides reduced fuel consumption (up to 25% better than carbureted engines in closed-loop systems), increased power, improved resistance to stale fuel, optimized chokeless starting, and altitude compensation, making it ideal for commercial turf applications.
ROPS Structure
A certified Roll Over Protection Structure (ROPS) with a safety belt is included for operator protection. The ROPS can fold 180 degrees backward, facilitating easier loading into vans or trailers.
User-Friendly Dashboard
The operator's compartment features an intuitive dashboard with control and warning lights. It includes an electric PTO engagement switch with soft start, a tilt-adjustable steering wheel with a spinner knob, a cruise control switch, and a parking brake lever for ease of operation.
Heavy-Duty Bumpers

Durable Mower Deck
The 92 cm deck is fabricated for heavy-duty brush cutting and features rear discharge. It is equipped with replaceable swing-back cutter blades that help prevent damage to the deck and blades upon impact with solid objects. Flip-up lids on the deck provide easy access to the cutters.
The 110 cm and 132 cm decks are also fabricated and feature an open front design with three spindles hosting crossed mulching blades. These blades are offset vertically to enhance mulching performance in high grass conditions, ensuring excellent particle reduction.
Ergonomic Operator's Platform
A large, spacious platform provides ample room for the operator, including secondary footrests for a secure foothold on hillsides. The contoured seat with armrests offers all-day comfort and features fore and aft positioning. Integrated handrails enhance grip and stability.
Drive System
The Tuff Torq™ 4WD system automatically distributes power to all drive wheels. Combined with a manual locking differential, this system ensures maximum traction in challenging terrain.
Clean Air System
A large Donaldson® dual-stage industrial cyclonic air cleaner ensures clean intake air, extending the service interval by up to four times compared to traditional panel-style air filters.
Drive Wheels
Large drive wheels with agricultural tread provide sufficient grip. The pivoting front axle ensures all four driven wheels maintain contact with the ground for optimal traction.
Transmission Oil Cooler
A remote transmission oil cooler with an electric fan manages transmission oil temperature, even under heavy loads. This prevents thermal oil breakdown and extends the operating life of the transmission system.
