LG Electronics Italia S.p.A. is launching a special promotion, "LG Swing Ti Regala una Gift Card IKEA," to boost sales of its products.

Eligible Participants

Participants must not have canceled any purchase of the promotional products (e.g., due to withdrawal of purchase, contract termination, or warranty claims).
Promotion Period
Purchases eligible for this promotion are valid from July 28, 2025, to August 31, 2025. The deadline to submit a prize request is within 15 calendar days of purchase. The deadline to complete product serial number registration is within 15 calendar days from the prize request submission deadline.

Promotional products can be purchased through the promoter's e-commerce site: https://www.lg.com/it. Purchases made from large-scale retail channels (G.D.O.) or other e-commerce sites not listed are excluded.
Promotion Details
Consumers who purchase the promotional product from the specified e-commerce site during the promotion period are eligible to receive an IKEA gift card valued at €100.00.
Registration Procedure
To claim the prize, consumers must follow these steps:
- Visit the website www.lg.com/it/lgforyou/ within 15 calendar days of purchase.
- Register by completing the form with name, surname, email, age confirmation (flag), privacy consent, and password.
- Alternatively, if already registered, log in.
- Upon registration, an activation email will be sent to the provided email address. Click the link to activate the account.
- In the provided form, indicate the type of purchase document (receipt or invoice). If you have an order confirmation from LG Shop, select "invoice."
- Enter the purchased model and the product's serial number. The serial number can be entered later, but no later than 15 calendar days from the prize request deadline.
- Select the e-commerce site where the product was purchased from the dropdown menu.
- Provide purchase document details: date, number, total amount, and product amount.
- Upload a clear and legible photo (JPG or PDF) of the purchase document (receipt/invoice or order confirmation). The photo must contain only one document and be complete, showing all purchase details. Partial, retouched, or altered images are not accepted.
- Upload a clear and legible photo of a valid identification document (showing personal data).
- Upload a clear and legible photo (JPG or PDF) of the product's serial number. This can also be uploaded later, within 15 calendar days of the prize request deadline.
After completing the procedure, a confirmation message will appear and be sent via email. The purchase document must be "readable" and include the product model, purchase price, and the e-commerce site of purchase.
Participants must provide accurate information. Inaccurate or false declarations will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.
Upon verification of the submitted documents within the specified times, the prize will be issued to the email address provided during registration.
If documentation is incomplete, the participant will be notified via email or phone and given 14 days to rectify any issues. Failure to do so will result in the request being deemed invalid.
LG Electronics Italia S.p.A. reserves the right to request the original purchase document at any time. Consumers are advised to keep the original document for up to 2 months after the promotion ends, as it may be requested for verification. Failure to provide the original document, even in case of loss or theft, will invalidate the prize claim.
It is recommended to keep a copy of the purchase document for potential warranty claims.
Prizes
The prize is a digital IKEA gift card with a total value of €100.00.
The Gift Card is redeemable at all IKEA stores and on IKEA.it (https://www.ikea.com/).
It can be used in multiple transactions until the credit is exhausted and is valid for 6 months from the date of receipt.
The Gift Card can be used as the sole payment method or to complete another payment.
The Gift Card is not nominative and cannot be reloaded. In case of theft, loss, or damage, the Gift Card cannot be replaced, and its credit cannot be refunded or transferred to a new Gift Card.
A total of 30 gift cards will be awarded. The estimated total prize pool is €3,000.00 (VAT included).
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted. The type and quantity of gift cards cannot be modified. No compensation will be provided for any damages resulting from the use of the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute announced prizes with prizes of equal or greater value.
Prize Delivery
Prizes will be delivered via email to the winner's registered email address within 180 days of the promotion's conclusion, in compliance with Italian Presidential Decree no. 430/2001 and EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR).
Participation Fee
Participation in this promotion is free of charge, excluding any ordinary internet connection costs required for participation. Costs for devices like smart TVs, PCs, internet connections, and data plans are the responsibility of the participant.

Territorial Scope
This promotion is valid throughout Italy and the Republic of San Marino.
Guarantees and Compliance
This promotion is conducted in accordance with Italian Presidential Decree no. 430/2001 and Ministry of Economic Development Circular no. 1/AMTC of March 28. A surety bond of 20% of the estimated prize pool has been provided.
Participation implies unconditional acceptance of all rules and clauses in this regulation, including the prize value.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel participation in cases of attempted fraud or false declarations.
Purchase documents that are incomplete, altered, or have obscured data (e.g., with tape) are invalid. Documents that do not exactly match the provided participation data (e.g., incorrect receipt number, time, date, or total amount) are also invalid, even if due to a typing error.
Uploading photos of the purchase document and serial number is mandatory for participation. Incomplete submissions will be excluded.
Participants must ensure uploaded photos are clear and legible. Partially or illegible photos will not be considered valid.
LG Electronics Italia S.p.A. may conduct checks to verify actual product purchases, potentially requesting original documents or additional verification documents.
Submitted data cannot be modified after registration.
This promotion can be combined with other offers.
Purchase documents showing returned products are not accepted. Used or refurbished products are excluded.
Participants using fraudulent or suspicious methods to circumvent the promotion's randomness will be disqualified.
The Promoter may take action against participants, including requesting identity documents, in accordance with applicable laws.
This promotion is exclusively for end consumers. Organizers, retailers, and wholesalers participating on behalf of clients are excluded.
The Promoter may cancel participation in cases of suspected collusion between consumers and retailers and may conduct further investigations.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify participation by requesting original purchase documents and may conduct checks at participating retail locations or request additional documentation.
The Promoter may request participants via email to provide:
- The original purchase document.
- The original label with the product's serial number.

Participation will be invalidated if irregularities are found or if verification requests are not met within 10 days.
