Assembly Steps
Steps 1-5: Frame Assembly
Begin by attaching the side rails to the headboard and footboard components. Use screws (e.g., 10077870) and the provided Allen keys (130445, 111631). Insert dowels (10079166) into the pre-drilled holes for precise alignment. Subsequently, attach the center support rail to the headboard and footboard using the specified screws.
Steps 6-10: Continue Frame Assembly
Continue the process of attaching the side rails and the center support rail. Ensure all connections are firm and correctly aligned. Utilize the appropriate screws and Allen keys as depicted in the assembly diagrams.
Steps 11-14: Attach Legs and Headboard Panel
Attach the legs or feet to the base of the bed frame. Connect the headboard panel to the assembled frame, securing it firmly with screws and Allen keys.
Steps 15-20: Reinforce and Secure Frame
Install any additional support brackets (10080990, 10081003) and crossbars as illustrated in the diagrams. Use the specified screws (e.g., 10077870, 105107) and Allen keys to tighten all connections securely.
Steps 21-27: Final Frame Assembly
Complete the frame assembly by attaching any remaining components, ensuring all screws are tightened. Securely attach the headboard panel to the frame using the appropriate hardware. Pay attention to the orientation and specific connection points shown in the diagrams.
Steps 28-29: Place Bed Slats
Prepare the bed slats (10075106) if necessary (e.g., cutting or separating as indicated by scissors ✂️ and ruler symbols). Place the bed slats evenly onto the frame supports, ensuring they are properly seated.
