V. Inflation Operation
- Connect the end with the flexible conduit adaptor (11) to the air pump's inflation inlet (1) and twist clockwise to tighten, as shown in Figure 1.
- Attach the other end of the hose to the air bag's air tap (step ⓘ in Figure 2). Twist clockwise to tighten, then insert the inflation valve of the air bag and twist clockwise to secure it (step ② in Figure 2).
- Plug the DC plug into the 12V DC socket.
- Press the pressure unit toggle button to select your desired unit.
- Press the pressurizing or decompressing button to set the desired pressure value. The pressure range is from 0 to 20 PSI (1 PSI = 0.0689 BAR = 6.89 KPA).
- After completing these steps, press the power switch button to start inflating.
- During inflation, you can press the pressurizing or decompressing buttons to increase or decrease the pressure value, use the pressure unit toggle button to switch units, and press the On/Off button to stop.
- Press and hold the On/Off button for 3 seconds to directly activate the high-pressure pump.
- When the pressure reaches the set value, the air pump will stop automatically.
- After inflation is complete, unplug the DC plug from the 12V DC socket.
- After unplugging the DC plug, detach the hose from the air pump and air bag, and store it properly.
- Notice: The factory default pressure setting is 10 PSI (0.689 BAR). On subsequent uses, the last set pressure value will be displayed by default.
- Notice: If there is no operation within 2 minutes after powering on, the air pump will enter standby mode. Pressing the power switch button will initiate the air pump.
VI. Deflation Operation
- Remove the hose from the inflation inlet. Connect the end with the flexible conduit adaptor (11) to the air pump's deflation outlet (2) and twist clockwise to tighten, as shown in Figure 3. The other end should remain attached to the air bag.
- Press the air pump's power switch button to start deflation. Once all gas is discharged, turn off the power to stop deflation.
VII. Precautions
- The applied power source must be a 12V DC power source (as Figure 4).
- Do not block the inflation inlet (1) and deflation outlet (2). Ensure they remain unobstructed at all times.
- Observe local waste disposal regulations. Do not dispose of the air pump randomly.
- Do not use this product if the hose is damaged. Replace the hose immediately.
- Do not pull out the hose while inflating, as the high pressure could cause injury.
- Do not operate the air pump for more than 20 minutes continuously, as motor overheating may cause internal damage. Allow the air pump to cool down for 30 minutes after every 20 minutes of continuous operation.
- If any part of the air pump is damaged, do not use it. Contact a professional for repair.
VIII. Fault Handling
Fault | Inspection | Solutions |
---|---|---|
The air pump cannot be started normally. | 1. The power source is not plugged in properly. | 1. Ensure the power cord is plugged into the 12V DC socket. |
2. The fuse in the DC plug (3) is burnt out. | 2. Replace the fuse. | |
3. Overheating or overload causes the motor to stop. | 3. Allow the motor to cool down and restart. | |
4. If the problem persists, contact a professional service agent. | 4. If the problem cannot be solved, contact local service agents or similar authorized personnel. | |
The machine displays HOT | Check if the air pump has been working for too long and is overheated internally. | Allow the pump to cool for 30 minutes. |
Slow or abnormal inflation or deflation. | 1. Check if the hose is blocked or cracked. | 1. Check the hose for cracks and replace if necessary. Ensure the hose is not blocked. |
2. Check the connection between the hose and the air pump or air bag for proper installation. | 2. Reinstall the hose. 3. If the problem persists, contact local service agents or similar authorized personnel. |
