1. Connection Diagram
Follow these steps to connect your Android TV Box:
- Connect the device to your TV.
- Connect the device to the power source.
- Connect to the internet (via Wi-Fi or Ethernet).
- Enjoy TV.

2. Voice Remote Control Guide
The voice remote control allows for easy navigation and control:
- 1. Power/On/Off: Turns the device on or off.
- 2. Mute: Mutes or unmutes audio.
- 3. Navigate Up: Moves cursor up.
- 4. Navigate Left: Moves cursor left.
- 5. Navigate Right: Moves cursor right.
- 6. Navigate Down: Moves cursor down.
- 7. Confirm: Selects an item.
- 8. Back: Returns to the previous screen.
- 9. Voice Control: Press and hold to activate voice commands.
- 10. Home Shortcut: Takes you to the home screen.
- 11. Volume Up: Increases volume.
- 12. Volume Down: Decreases volume.
- 13. Microphone: For voice input.
- 14. Indicator Light: Shows device status.
3. Voice Input Function
This product operates with the Google Android TV system. Sign in to your Google account to use voice commands. You can ask questions like: "What's the weather like today?", "What is the most popular movie recently?", "What's the news today?"
4. System Configuration Function
- Screen Configuration: Adjust screen zoom for the best display.
- Resolution Configuration: The default resolution is automatic, but can be manually adjusted for optimal viewing.
- Date and Time Configuration: Set your GMT time and display format. The system will synchronize with the network time once connected.
- Uninstall APPS: Remove unnecessary APK files to maintain system performance.
- Factory Data Reset: Use with caution, as this will erase all data.
Note: We recommend users obtain APPS from the Google Play Store. Third-party APKs not authorized or certified by Google may cause incompatibility issues.
5. Firmware Update Instructions
OTA Update:
- Execute the "UPDATE" app.
- Select "OTA Update"; the device will detect and update to the latest version.
Note: Do not turn off the device during the update process. Only use official OTA updates or contact your vendor for assistance.
6. Troubleshooting Warning
Do not attempt to repair the TV box yourself, as this will void the warranty and may pose an electrical shock risk. If you encounter issues, refer to the solutions below. If problems persist, contact your distributor.
Problem | Solution |

TV No Signal | 1. Ensure the indicator light is blue after powering on. 2. Wait one minute after powering on. Press the power button on the remote once. If the indicator light turns red, the machine is functioning correctly. Check cable connections and TV source settings. If the light does not change, contact the vendor. |
WIFI Cannot Connect | 1. Verify if WIFI can be enabled. If not, restart the device and try again. If the issue persists, contact the vendor. 2. If WIFI is enabled but cannot connect, restart your router and try connecting again. You can also try connecting via a mobile hotspot. 3. When connected via wired network, the device will automatically disconnect from WIFI. |
Voice Function Cannot Be Used | 1. In the settings menu, confirm that the Bluetooth remote is successfully paired. 2. If the device is connected to the network, play a YouTube video to confirm the network is normal. 3. Consult the correct operation method for the voice remote control. |
