1. Getting Started
1.1 Basic Operations
1.1.1 Power On/ Off and Sleep
- Connect the box to the TV with an HD cable, connect the box to the power adapter, and connect a mouse, air mouse, or other input devices with a USB port.
- After the device and cable are connected, the power LED turns blue.
- After the device and cable are disconnected, the power LED turns off.
- In power-on mode, press the remote control's power button to enter sleep mode.
- In sleep mode, the device will wake up when you press the remote control's power button.
1.1.2 Open applications
Use the remote control's arrow keys to choose the desired program, and click the OK button to open the selected program.
1.1.3 Switch in applications
Click "My Apps" to view recently used programs, then click the program icon to switch applications.
1.1.4 Close Applications
Click the icon [close icon] to view recently used programs. Choose one by clicking and holding, then drag it to a blank area to close the application. *This function only operates in Mouse mode.
1.1.5 Back To Home Screen
Click the icon [home icon] to return to the home screen. Click the icon [home icon] on the remote control to return to the home screen.
1.1.6 Read External Storage Data
Read U Disk
Insert a U flash disk or removable hard disk into the USB port while the device is powered on. The USB icon will appear in the top left corner of the desktop. Open "FileBrowser". The identified USB(A:) will appear under "Local Disk". U disk operation is now available.

Read TF card
Insert the TF card into the device while it is powered on. When the TF card icon appears in the top left corner of the desktop, open "FileBrowser". The identified external storage card will appear under "Local Disk". TF card operation is now available.

1.1.7 WIFI Function
Home Screen → Settings → Network → Select "Wi-Fi" to open the WIFI function.
Choose hotspot → Input Password → Connect to the network.

1.1.8 Ethernet Function
Home Screen → Settings → Network → Select "Ethernet" to open the Ethernet function.
Insert the network cable, and the network will be connected automatically.

1.1.9 WLAN Hotspot
Operations on the box:
Home Screen → Settings → Other → More Setting → Portable hotspot → Select "Portable Wi-Fi hotspot".

Select "Set up Wi-Fi hotspot" to configure "Network SSID", "Security", and "Password" parameters.

* Ensure the wired network is connected. The box can be used as a wireless AP to support more wireless devices in the family.
2.1.1 The Step that how to reflash the box
- Uncompress the downloaded firmware (ROM) to the root of the SD/TF card (format your card first).
- Insert the SD Card into the powered-off Box (power cable not plugged in) with no external USB storage attached.
- Using a toothpick, insert it into the AV port of the Box, press and hold the hidden button while plugging in the power. Do not release until you see the screen of the Robert Logo.
- The update will run automatically. When it is done, choose "Reboot". You can disregard any errors that display after the update; they are not relevant to your device.
- When the system has rebooted, you should first check to ensure Wi-Fi is working by going to Settings->Wi-Fi. Turn on the Wi-Fi if it's off, and you should be able to connect.
