Safety regulations · This appliance is intended for buffet and household use. · The appliance must only be used for the purpose for which it was intended and designed.
The manufacturer is not liable for any damage caused by incorrect operation and improper use. · Keep the appliance and electrical plug away from water and any other liquids. In the event that the appliance should fall into water, immediately remove plug from the socket and do not use until the appliance has been checked by a certified technician. Failure to follow these instructions could cause a risk to lives. · Never attempt to open the casing of the appliance yourself. · Do not insert any objects in the casing of the appliance. · Do not touch the plug with wet or damp hands. · Danger of electric shock! Do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself. In case of malfunctions, repairs are to be conducted by qualified personnel only. · Never use a damaged appliance! Disconnect the appliance from the electrical outlet and contact the retailer if it is damaged. · Warning! Do not immerse the electrical parts of the appliance in water or other liquids. ENNL Never hold the appliance under running water. · Regularly check the power plug and cord for any damage. · This appliance must not be used by children under any circumstances. · Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children. · Always disconnect the appliance from the mains if it is left unattended or is not in use,
and before assembly, disassembly or cleaning. · Never leave the appliance unattended during use. Special Safety Regulations · This appliance is designed for cooking a variety of food via heating the cookware. Any
other use may lead to damage of the appliance or personal injury. · Use the appliance only as described in this manual. · This appliance should be operated by trained personnel in kitchen of the restaurant,
canteens or bar staff, etc. · Caution! Danger of burns! The temperature of the heating surface and other acces-
sible surface is very high during use. Touch the control panel only. · Do not place the appliance near objects that may be affected by a magnetic field TVs,
radios, bank cards and credit cards. EN · Do not place the appliance on a heating object (gas, electric, charcoal cooker, etc.) Keep
the appliance away from any hot surfaces and open flames. Always operate the appliance on a level, stable, clean, heat-resistant and dry surface. · Make sure the appliance is not placed near water vapour or greasy vapours. The fan inside of the appliance will take in these vapours and this will cause grease or moisture to accumulate in the appliance which may result in a short-circuit in the appliance. · This appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system. · Metallic objects such as knives, forks, spoons and lids should not be placed on the heating plate since they can get hot. · WARNING: Keep all ventilation openings in the appliance clear of obstruction. · WARNING: If the heating surface is cracked or damaged, switch off the appliance to avoid the possibility of electric shock. · Allow at least 20 cm spacing around the appliance for ventilation purpose during use. · Do not use hard utensils to hit the heating plate surface. Do not use water jet, flush directly with water or steam cleaner as the parts will get wet and electric shock might be resulted. · Take care when operating the appliance, as rings, watches and similar objects worn by the user could get hot when in close proximity to the heating surface. · Caution! Securely route the power cord if necessary in order to prevent unintentional pulling or contact with the heating surface.

· Do not wash the appliance with water. Washing can cause leakages and increase the risk of electric shock.
· Do not clean or store the appliance unless it is completely cooled down. · Do not place empty cookware on the appliance during operation as this may damage the
cookware. · Only use the cookware of the type and size recommended. (See ---> Suitable cooking
equipment).

Intended use · This appliance is intended for buffet and house-
hold use. · The appliance is designed only for cooking a vari-
ety of food via heating the suitable cookware. Any other use may lead to damage to the appliance or personal injury.

· Operating the appliance for any other purpose shall be deemed as a misuse of the device. The user shall be solely liable for improper use of the device.

Grounding installation This appliance is classified as protection class I appliance and must be connected to a protective ground. Grounding reduces the risk of electric shock by providing an escape wire for the electric

current. This appliance is equipped with a cord having a grounding wire with a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an outlet that is properly installed and grounded.

Preparations before using for the first time · Remove all protective packaging and wrapping. · Check to make sure the appliance is undamaged.
In case of incomplete delivery and damages. Please contact supplier (See ==> Warranty). · Clean the appliance before use (See ==> Cleaning and Maintenance). · Make sure the appliance is completely dry. · Place the appliance on a horizontal, stable and heat resist surface that is safe against water splashes.

· Ensure that there is sufficient ventilation. Keep a minimum distance of 15 cm around the appliance.
· Do not place the appliance in close proximity to devices which are sensitive to disturbances by magnetic sources (e.g. radios, tape decks).
Note: Due to manufacturing residues, the appliance may emit a slight odor in the first few cycles. This is normal and does not indicate any defect or hazard. Make sure the appliance is well ventilated.

Operation · Place a suitable pan or pot at the centre of the
heating surface of the appliance. (See --> Suitable pans for the appliance). Note: Do not place empty pan as this may damage the pan and the appliance. · Connect the power plug to a suitable electrical supply outlet. On/Standby button (6) will be light up and the appliance now in Standby mode. · Switch On the appliance by pressing the On/ Standby button (6) first and Function setting (1) on left or right separately second. · Then the power function is on. The appliance is ready for cooking. If the timer is not activated, the appliance will operate continuously.

· Set power / temperature / timer / boost function by following description.
· Switch off one of the heating plate separately by pressing Decrease setting (4) continuously.
· Once you have finished cooking, switch to standby mode by pressing the On/Standby button (6). The digital display (3) and all buttons will go off except On/Standby button (6). Note: If no any button on the control panel is pressed during operation for 2 hours, the appliance will then switch to Standby mode automatically.

Setting Power / Temperature level · During operation, press the Function setting (1)
to choose different function. Power function indicator (8) or temperature function indicator (9) lights up. · Press the Increase setting (2) or Decrease setting (4) to increase or decrease the power level (Range: 100W ~ 1,800W for left; 100W ~ 1,700W

for right) or temperature level (Range: 35ºC 240ºC for both). Default setting is 100W / 35ºC separately. · Higher power level is suitable for steaming. And higher temperature level is suitable for roasting, grilling or frying.

Setting Timer · After power or temperature setting for cooking,
you can opt for timer setting. Press the timer fuction (5) to activate. The indicator light 5) lights up. · The timer shown on the digital display (4) is in the form 0:00 (where 0 = 1, 2 or 3 hour; 00 = 01 ~ 59 minutes). · Press the Increase setting (2) or Decrease setting (4) to increase or decrease the cooking time (Range: 0 min ~ 180 mins). Default setting is 0 min.

· When the timer is set, it will be stored automatically within 5 seconds. The appliance will then start operation. It will display the remaining time and the power setting / temperature level alternately on the display (3).
· The appliance will switch off when the set time is elapsed and all the light indicators will go off.

Boost function · Press boost function button (7) to increase the
maximum power setting to 2000W for left plate only. The maximum power setting of right plate will change to 1500W. Boost indicator (7) lights up.

· Boost function can operate for 10 minutes each time. The maximum power setting of both heating plates will be returned to normal automati- EN cally after 10 minutes. Or press boost function (7) again to cancel it directly.

Note: 1) Press and hold the Increase setting (2) or De-
crease setting (4) for fast adjustment. 2) After an extended period of operation, it is nor-
mal for the cooling fan inside to continue running in Standby mode for some time. Before unplug the appliance, wait until the cooling fan stops running.

3) The appliance's surface is still hot even after switch to Standby mode. Wait completely cool down before touching.

during storage as it may crack it.

· Das Gerät darf beim Tragen nicht an der Leitung gehalten werden.

· Benutzen Sie kein Zubehör, das nicht mit diesem Gerät mitgeliefert wurde.

· Das Gerät muss man ausschließlich an die Steckdose mit solch einer Spannung und

Frequenz anschließen, wie auf dem Typenschild angegeben wird.

· Stecken Sie den Stecker in die Steckdose, die an einem leicht und bequem zugänglichen

Ort angeordnet ist, und zwar so, dass das Gerät bei einer Störung sofort abgeschaltet

werden kann. Um das Gerät vollständig auszuschalten, muss man es von der Stromquel-

le trennen. Zu diesem Zweck muss man den Stecker, der sich am Ende der vom Gerät

getrennten Leitung befindet, aus der Netzsteckdose ziehen.

· Vor dem Abtrennen des Steckers ist das Gerät auszuschalten!

· Benutzen Sie kein Zubehör, das nicht vom Hersteller empfohlen wird. Die Anwendung

vom nicht empfohlenen Zubehör stellt eine Gefahr für den Nutzer dar und kann zur Be-

schädigung des Gerätes führen. Benutzen Sie ausschließlich Ersatzteile und Zubehör im

Original.

· Dieses Gerät eignet sich nicht für den Gebrauch durch Personen (gilt auch für Kinder)

mit geringerer Motorik, Sensorik oder geistiger Fähigkeit oder mangelhafter Erfahrung

und Wissen.

· Auf keinen Fall darf das Bedienen des Gerätes durch Kinder zugelassen werden.

· Das Gerät mit Stromversorgungsleitung ist außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern zu

lagern.

· Ebenso muss dafür gesorgt werden, dass die Kinder das Gerät nicht zum Spielen benut-

zen.

· Das Gerät ist immer dann von der Stromversorgung zu trennen, wenn es ohne Aufsicht

bleiben soll bzw. auch vor der Montage, Demontage und Reinigung.

· Während der Nutzung darf das Gerät nicht ohne Aufsicht gelassen werden.

Besondere Sicherheitsvorschriften · Das vorliegende Gerät ist zum Kochen verschiedener Speisen durch das Erwärmen des
Kochgeschirrs bestimmt. Die Verwendung des Geräts für andere Zwecke kann zu seiner Beschädigung sowie zu Körperverletzungen führen. · Verwenden Sie das Gerät ausschließlich gemäß der Anleitung. · Das Gerät ist ausschließlich durch das geschultes Personal in Küchen, Restaurants und Kantinen oder durch die Bedienpersonen an der Bar zu bedienen. · Achtung! Es besteht die Verbrennungsgefahr! Die Heizfläche und die anderen zugänglichen Flächen erwärmen sich auf sehr hohe Temperaturen. Berühren Sie ausschließlich das Steuerpanel. · Stellen Sie das Gerät nicht in der Nähe von Gegenständen ab, die von einem Magnetfeld beeinträchtigt werden können, zum Beispiel Fernseher, Rundfunkempfangsgeräte, Geldkarten oder Kreditkarten. · Stellen Sie das Gerät nicht auf einen wärmemittierenden Gegenstand (Gasherd, Elektroherd, Grill, usw.). Verwenden Sie nur das Kochgeschirr der empfohlenen Art und Größe. (Siehe ---> Geeignetes Küchenzubehör).

Verwendungszweck des Gerätes · Dieses Gerät ist für den Buffet- und Haushalts-
gebrauch bestimmt. · Das Gerät ist für den gewerblichen Einsatz be-
stimmt und dient zum Kochen verschiedener Speisen durch das Erwärmen des Kochgeschirrs bestimmt. Die Verwendung des Gerätes für andere Zwecke kann zu seiner Beschädigung sowie zu Körperverletzungen führen.

· Jede andere Verwendung des Gerätes gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß. Der Benutzer ist allein verantwortlich für die unsachgemäße Nutzung des Gerätes.

Montage der Erdung Der Induktionskocher ist ein Gerät der I. Schutzklasse und erfordert eine Erdung. Die Erdung verringert das Risiko eines elektrischen Stromschlags, da über einen Leiter der elektrische

Strom abgeleitet wird. Das Gerät ist mit einem Schutzleiter mit Schutzkontaktstecker ausgerüstet. Der Stecker ist an eine Netzsteckdose anzuschließen, die richtig montiert und geerdet wurde.

Vor erstem Gebrauch · Verpackung und Sicherungselemente abnehmen
und beseitigen. · Überprüfen Sie es, ob das Gerät nicht beschädigt
ist. Bei einer unvollständigen Anlieferung oder Beschädigungen muss man sich mit dem Lieferanten in Verbindung setzen (Siehe ==> Garantie). · Reinigen Sie das Gerät (siehe ==> Reinigung und Wartung). · Prüfen Sie, ob das Gerät vollständig trocken ist. · Stellen Sie das Gerät auf eine horizontale, stabile Fläche auf, die auch gegen die Einwirkung hoher Temperaturen und gegen Spritzer von Flüssigkeiten beständig ist. · Gewährleisten Sie eine richtige Belüftung. Belassen Sie einen Freiraum von mindestens 20 cm rundum das Gerät.

· Stellen Sie das Gerät nicht in der Nähe von Gegenständen ab, die von einem Magnetfeld beeinträchtigt werden können (z.B. Rundfunkempfangsgeräte, Kassettenrecorder).
Hinweis: Auf Grund von Rückständen aus dem Produktionsprozess kann während der ersten Inbetriebnahmen aus dem Gerät ein schwacher, spezifischer Geruch entweichen. Das ist eine normale Erscheinung und bedeutet weder eine Beschädigung des Geräts noch eine Gefährdung für den Nutzer. Prüfen Sie, ob das Gerät gut belüftet wird.

Betrieb · Stellen Sie eine geeignete Pfanne oder einen
Topf in die Mitte der Heizfläche des Gerätes. (Siehe ---> Geeignete Pfannen für das Gerät). Hinweis: Stellen Sie keine leere Pfanne auf die DE Heizfläche, da dies die Pfanne und das Gerät beschädigen könnte. · Schließen Sie den Netzstecker an eine geeignete Steckdose an. Ein/Bereitschafts-Taste (6) leuchtet auf und das Gerät befindet sich nun im Bereitschafts-Modus. · Schalten Sie zunächst das Gerät mit der Ein/Bereitschafts-Taste (6) ein und drücken Sie dann eine der Einstelltasten (1) auf der rechten und linken Seite des Bedienfeldes, um den Betrieb zu starten. · Die Standardeinstellung ist Leistung. Das Gerät ist gebrauchsbereit. Wenn kein Timer programmiert ist, arbeitet das Gerät kontinuierlich.

· Dann können Sie den Leistungswert/Temperaturwert/Timer oder die Boost-Funktion einstellen.
· Schalten Sie die Heizfläche aus, indem Sie die Verringerungstaste (4) gedrückt halten.
· Sobald Sie mit dem Kochen fertig sind, schalten Sie in den Bereitschafts-Modus, indem Sie die Ein/Bereitschafts-Taste (6) drücken. Die Digitalanzeige (3) und alle Tasten werden erlöschen, bis auf die Ein/ Bereitschafts-Taste (6). Hinweis: Wenn während des Betriebs 2 Stunden lang keine Taste auf dem Bedienfeld gedrückt wird, schal- tet das Gerät automatisch in den Bereitschafts-Mo- dus.

Leistungsniveau / Temperaturniveau einstellen · Drücken Sie während des Betriebs des Gerä-
tes die Einstelltaste (1), um Änderungen an den Einstellungen vorzunehmen. Dann leuchtet die Leistungseinstellleuchte (8) oder die Temperatureinstellleuchte (9) auf. · Drücken Sie die Taste zur Erhöhung (2) oder Verringerung (4) der Werte, um die Leistung (Bereich: 100 W ~ 1800 W für die linke Heizfläche;

100 W ~ 1700 W für die rechte Heizfläche) oder die Temperatur (Bereich: 35 ºC - 240 ºC für beide Heizflächen) entweder zu erhöhen oder zu verringern. · Der höhere Leistungswert ist für das Dampfkochen geeignet. Der höhere Temperaturwert ist für das Backen, Grillen oder Braten geeignet.

Zeitgeber einstellen · Nach dem Einstellen der Leistung und Tempe-
ratur kann man den Timer einstellen. Drücken Sie die Timer-Taste (5), um ihn zu betätigen. Die Timer-Kontrollleuchte (5) leuchtet auf. · Auf dem digitalen Display (3) wird der Timer-Einstellbildschirm im Format 0:00 angezeigt (wobei 0 = 1, 2 oder 3 Stunden; 00 = 01 ~ 59 Minuten). · Drücken Sie dann die Taste zur Erhöhung (2) oder Verringerung (4) der Werte, um die Kochzeit entweder zu erhöhen oder zu verringern (Bereich: 0 ~ 180 Min.). Die voreingestellte Kochzeit beträgt 0 Min.

· Nach dem Einstellen des Timers wird dieser Wert innerhalb von 5 Sekunden automatisch gespeichert. Das Gerät beginnt zu kochen. Die verbleibende Zeit und der Leistungs-/Temperaturwert werden abwechselnd auf dem digitalen Display (3) angezeigt.
· Nach Ablauf der eingestellten Zeit schaltet sich das Gerät aus und alle Signallampen erlöschen.

Boost-Funktion · Drücken Sie die Boost-Taste (7), um die maxima-
le Leistungseinstellung auf 2000 W zu erhöhen (nur für die linke Heizfläche). Die maximale Leistungseinstellung für die rechte Heizfläche ändert sich auf 1500 W. Die Boost-Kontrollleuchte (7) leuchtet auf.

· Die Boost-Funktion funktioniert jeweils bis zu 10 Minuten lang. Die voreingestellte maximale Leistung für beide Heizflächen wird nach 10 Minuten automatisch wiederhergestellt. Sie können die Boost-Funktion auch durch erneutes Drücken der Taste (7) deaktivieren.

Hinweis: 1) Halten Sie, für eine schnelle Anpassung, die Einstel-
lung erhöhen (2) oder Einstellung verringern-Taste (4) gedrückt. 2) Nach einer längeren Betriebsdauer ist es normal, dass der Lüfter während des Bereitschafts-Modus für einige Zeit läuft. Bevor Sie den Gerätenetzstecker entfernen, müssen Sie solange warten, bis der Lüfter nicht mehr läuft.

3) Die Oberfläche des Gerätes ist selbst nach dem Umschalten in den Bereitschafts-Modus nach wie vor DE heiß. Warten Sie bis es sich vollständig abgekühlt hat, bevor Sie es berühren.

Lagerung · Bevor das Gerät am Lagerort abgestellt wird,

· Gebruik het apparaat alleen zoals beschreven in deze handleiding.

· Dit apparaat moet worden gebruikt door getraind personeel in keukens van restaurants

of kantines of barpersoneel, etc.

· Let op! Gevaar voor brandwonden! De temperatuur van het verwarmingsoppervlak

en andere bereikbare oppervlakken wordt erg hoog tijdens gebruik. Raak alleen het be-

dieningspaneel aan.

· Plaats het apparaat niet in de buurt van voorwerpen die door een magnetisch veld kun-

nen worden beïnvloed, zoals TV's, radio's, bankpassen en creditcards.

· Plaats het apparaat niet op een warmtebron (kooktoestel op benzine, elektriciteit, kolen,

etc.) Houd het apparaat uit de buurt van hete oppervlakken en open vuur. Gebruik het

apparaat altijd op een vlakke, stabiele, schone, hittebestendige en droge ondergrond.

· Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat niet in de buurt van waterdamp of vetdampen wordt ge-

plaatst. De ventilator in het apparaat trekt deze dampen naar binnen en dit zorgt ervoor

dat er vet of vocht in het apparaat kan ophopen en kan uiteindelijk leiden tot korsluiting

in het apparaat.

· Dit apparaat is niet bedoeld om gebruikt te worden met behulp van een externe timer of

aparte afstandsbediening.

· Metalen voorwerpen zoals messen, vorken en deksels mogen niet op de verwarmings-

plaat worden gelegd, omdat ze heet kunnen worden.

· WAARSCHUWING: Houd alle ventilatieopeningen in de behuizing van het apparaat vrij.

· WAARSCHUWING: Als het verwarmingsoppervlak is gebarsten of beschadigd, schakel het apparaat dan uit om het risico op elektrische schokken te vermijden.
· Laat tijdens gebruik minimaal 20 cm ruimte vrij rond het apparaat voor ventilatiedoeleinden.
· Gebruik geen hard keukengerei of gereedschap om op het oppervlak van de verwarmingsplaat te slaan. Gebruik geen waterstralen of stoomreiniger en spoel niet rechtstreeks af met water, omdat de onderdelen van het apparaat nat kunnen worden en dit kan leiden tot elektrische schokken.
· Wees voorzichtig wanneer u het apparaat gebruikt, omdat ringen, horloges en soortgelijke draagbare voorwerpen erg heet kunnen worden als ze zich in de buurt van het verwarmingsoppervlak bevinden.
· Let op! Plaats het netsnoer indien nodig op een veilige manier om te voorkomen dat het netsnoer in contact kan komen met het verwarmingsoppervlak en dat er per ongeluk aan het netsnoer kan worden getrokken.
· Was het apparaat niet met water. Wassen kan lekkages veroorzaken en het risico op elektrische schokken verhogen.
· Reinig of berg het apparaat niet op tenzij het volledig is afgekoeld. · Plaats geen lege pannen op het apparaat tijdens gebruik, omdat dit tot schade aan de
pannen kan leiden. Gebruik alleen pannen en kookgerei van het aanbevolen type en grootte. (Zie ---> Geschikte pannen).

NL Beoogd gebruik · Dit apparaat is bedoeld voor buffet en huishoudelijk gebruik. · Dit apparaat is uitsluitend bestemd voor het koken van een verscheidenheid aan voedsel door het verwarmen van kookgerei. Elk ander gebruik kan leiden tot schade aan het apparaat of lichamelijk letsel.

· Gebruik van het apparaat voor andere doeleinden wordt beschouwd als verkeerd gebruik van het apparaat. De gebruiker is volledig aansprakelijk voor alle risico's die voortvloeien uit verkeerd gebruik van het apparaat.

Installatie met aarding Dit apparaat is geclassificeerd als beschermingsklasse I en moet worden aangesloten op een aansluiting met aarde. Aarding verlaagt de kans op elektrische schokken doordat elektrische stroom via een ontsnappingsdraad kan weglopen. Dit ap-

paraat is uitgerust met een snoer met een aardedraad en een geaarde stekker. De stekker moet in een stopcontact worden gestoken dat juist is geïnstalleerd en geaard.

Voorbereidingen voor het eerste gebruik · Verwijder alle verpakkingsmaterialen. · Controleer of het apparaat niet is beschadigd.
Neem in geval van schade of een onvolledige levering contact op met uw leverancier (Zie ==> Garantie). · Reinig het apparaat vóór gebruik (Zie ==> Reiniging en onderhoud). · Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat volledig droog is. · Plaats het apparaat op een horizontaal, stabiel en hittebestendig oppervlak dat bestand is tegen waterspatten.

· Zorg ervoor dat er voldoende ventilatie is. Houd een minimale afstand van 20 cm vrij rond het apparaat.
· Plaats het apparaat niet dicht in de buurt bij ap- NL paraten die gevoelig zijn voor storingen veroorzaakt door magnetische bronnen (bijv. radio's, cassettespelers).
Opmerking: Door fabricageresten kan het apparaat de eerste gebruikscycli een lichte geur afgeven. Dit is normaal en duidt niet op een defect of gevaar. Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat goed wordt geventileerd.

een andere functie te selecteren. De indicator van de vermogensfunctie (8) of temperatuurfunctie (9) licht op. · Druk op Instelling verhogen (2) of Instelling verNL lagen (4) om het vermogensniveau (bereik: 100 W ~ 1,800 W voor linkerplaat; 100 W ~ 1,700 W

voor rechterplaat) of temperatuurniveau (bereik: 35ºC - 240ºC voor beide) te verhogen of verlagen. De standaardinstelling is respectievelijk 100 W / 35ºC. · Hogere vermogensniveaus zijn geschikt voor stomen. En hogere temperatuurniveaus zijn geschikt voor braden, grillen en bakken.

Instelling timer · Nadat u het vermogen of de temperatuur voor het
bereiden hebt ingesteld, kunt u de timer instellen. Druk op de timerfunctie (5) om te activeren. Het indicatielampje (5) licht op. · De timer die op het digitale display (4) wordt getoond, heeft het formaat 0:00 (waarbij 0 = 1, 2 of 3 uur; 00 = 01 ~ 59 minuten). · Druk op Instelling verhogen (2) of Instelling verlagen (4) om de bereidingstijd te verhogen of verlagen (bereik: 0 ~ 180 minuten). De standaardinstelling is 0 minuten.

· Wanneer de timer is ingesteld wordt de instelling automatisch opgeslagen na 5 seconden. Het apparaat begint dan te werken. Het zal scherm (3) zal weergave van de ingestelde temperatuur of het ingestelde vermogen afwisselen met weergave van de ingestelde tijd.
· Wanneer de ingestelde tijd verstreken is zal het apparaat zichzelf uitschakelen, ook alle indicatielampjes gaan dan uit.

Boostfunctie · Druk op de boostfunctie-knop (7) om het maxi-
male vermogen voor alleen de linkerplaat te verhogen tot 2000 W. Het maximale vermogen voor de rechterplaat wordt gewijzigd naar 1500 W. Het boost-indicatielampje (7) licht op.

· De boostfunctie kan telkens 10 minuten worden gebruikt. Het maximale vermogen van beide verwarmingsplaten wordt na 10 minuten automatisch weer ingesteld op het normale niveau. Als alternatief kunt u ook nogmaals op boostfunctie (7) drukken om de functie direct te annuleren.

Opmerking: 1) Houd de toets verhogen (2) of verlagen (4) inge-
drukt voor een snelle aanpassing. 2) Het is normaal dat de koelventilator gedurende
enige tijd in de Stand-by modus blijft draaien, nadat het apparaat langdurig is gebruikt. Wacht totdat de koelventilator stopt met draaien voordat u de stekker uit van het apparaat uit het stopcontact haalt.

3) Het oppervlak van het apparaat is nog heet, zelfs nadat naar de Stand-by modus wordt omgeschakeld. Wacht tot de plaat volledig is afgekoeld voordat u hem aanraakt.

de la surface de chauffe de l'appareil. (Cf. ---> Poêles adaptées à l'appareil). La touche On/Veille (6) s'allumera et l'appareil est alors en mode Veille. · Allumez d'abord l'appareil à l'aide du bouton de marche / veille (6), puis appuyez sur l'un des boutons de sélection des réglages (1) situés à droite et à gauche du panneau de commande pour démarrer le fonctionnement. · La puissance est un paramètre par défaut. Réglage de la puissance / température · Pendant le fonctionnement de l'appareil, appuyez
le bouton du choix de réglage (1) pour pouvoir modifier les réglages. Le voyant indiquant le choix du réglage de la puissance (8) ou le voyant indiquant le choix du réglage de la température (9) s'allume. · Appuyez sur le bouton d'augmentation (2) ou de diminution (4) de la valeur pour augmenter ou diminuer le niveau de puissance (Plage de puissance : de 100 W à 1800 W pour la surface chauf-

Réglage de la minuterie · Après avoir réglé la puissance et la température,
vous pouvez régler la minuterie. Appuyez sur le bouton de la minuterie (5) pour la démarrer. Le voyant de la minuterie (5) s'allumera. · Sur l'écran numérique (3) l'écran de réglage de la minuterie apparaît au format 0:00 (où 0 = 1, 2 ou 3 heures, 00 = 01 ~ 59 minutes). · Appuyez sur le bouton d'augmentation (2) ou de diminution (4) pour augmenter ou diminuer le temps de cuisson (plage : de 0 à 180 min). Le temps de cuisson par défaut est 0 minute.

· Après avoir réglé la minuterie, la valeur est automatiquement enregistrée dans les 5 secondes. L'appareil commence la cuisson. L'écran d'affichage numérique (3) indiquera alternativement le temps restant et le niveau de puissance / de température.
· Après le temps réglé l'appareil et tous les voyants s'éteignent.

Fonction boost · Appuyez sur le bouton d'augmentation de la puis-
sance (7) pour augmenter la puissance maximale à 2000 W (uniquement pour la surface chauffante à gauche). Le réglage de puissance maximum pour la surface de chauffante à droite passera à 1500 W. Le voyant de fonction d'augmentation de la puissance (7) s'allumera.

· La fonction d'augmentation de la puissance sera active jusqu'à 10 minutes à chaque fois. La puissance maximale par défaut pour toutes les deux surfaces chauffantes sera restaurée automatiquement après 10 minutes. · La funzione di aumento della potenza funzionerà fino a 10 minuti ogni volta. La potenza massima predefinita per entrambe le superfici riscaldanti verrà ripristinata automaticamente dopo 10 minuti. Pentru a scoate tecrul din priz, tragei întotdeauna de tecr, nu de cablu. · Asigurai-v c nimeni nu poate trage din greeal cablul (sau prelungitorul) i c nimeni nu se poate împiedica de el. · Supravegheai întotdeauna aparatul atunci când este în funciune. · Avertisment! Atât timp cât tecrul este în priz, aparatul este conectat la sursa de electricitate. · Oprii aparatul înainte de a scoate tecrul din priz. · Nu crai niciodat aparatul inându-l de cablu. · Nu utilizai dispozitive suplimentare care nu sunt livrate împreun cu aparatul. · Conectai aparatul doar la prize electrice cu intensitatea i frecvena electrice menionate pe eticheta aparatului.

· Conectai cablul de alimentare la o priz electric uor accesibil, astfel încât aparatul s poat fi deconectat imediat în caz de urgen. Scoatei cablul de alimentare din priza electric pentru a opri complet aparatul. Utilizai cablul de alimentare ca dispozitiv de deconectare.
· Oprii întotdeauna aparatul înainte de a deconecta cablul de alimentare. · Nu utilizai niciodat accesorii care nu sunt recomandate de ctre productor. Acestea
pot reprezenta un risc de siguran pentru utilizator i pot deteriora aparatul. Utilizai numai piese i accesorii originale. · Acest aparat nu trebuie folosit de copii sau persoane care au capaciti mentale, senzoriale sau fizice reduse, sau lips de experien i cunotine. · Acest aparat nu trebuie utilizat sub nicio form de ctre copii. · Nu inei produsul i cablurile sale la îndemâna copiilor. · Copiii nu trebuie s se joace cu acest produs. · Deconectai întotdeauna aparatul de la sursa de alimentare în cazul în care este lsat nesupravegheat, precum i înainte de asamblare, dezasamblare sau curare. · Nu lsai niciodat aparatul nesupravegheat pe parcursul utilizrii.

Reguli speciale de siguran

· Acest aparat este conceput pentru a gti o varietate de alimente prin înclzirea vasului de

gtit. Orice alt utilizare poate avaria aparatul sau poate provoca accidente.

· Utilizai aparatul doar în conformitatea cu indicaiile din acest manual.

· Acest aparat trebuie utilizat de ctre personalul instruit de la buctria restaurantului,

cantinelor sau personalul barului etc.

· Atenie! Pericol de arsuri! Temperatura suprafeei de înclzire i a altei suprafee

accesibile este foarte ridicat în timpul utilizrii. Atingei doar panoul de comand.

· Nu amplasai aparatul în apropierea unor obiecte care pot fi afectate de câmpurile mag-

netice, cum ar fi televizoare, aparate radio, carduri bancare i carduri de credit.

· Nu punei aparatul pe un obiect de înclzire (aparat de gtit cu benzin, electric, crbune

etc.) inei aparatul la distan de suprafeele fierbini i de focul deschis. Utilizai în-

totdeauna aparatul pe o suprafa orizontal, stabil, curat, termorezistent i uscat.

· Asigurai-v c aparatul nu este montat în apropierea unor surse de vapori de ap sau de

grsime. Ventilatorul din interiorul aparatului va aspira aceti vapori. Grsimea i apa pot

forma depozite în aparat, iar acestea pot duce la producerea unui scurt-circuit.

· Acest aparat nu este conceput pentru a fi utilizat cu ajutorul unui cronometru extern sau

al unui sistem de control separat.

· Nu punei pe placa de înclzire obiecte metalice precum cuite, furculie, linguri i capa-

ce, deoarece se pot încinge.

· AVERTISMENT: Nu obstrucionai orificiile pentru ventilaie ale aparatului.

· AVERTISMENT: Dac suprafaa de înclzire este crpat sau defect, oprii aparatul pen-

tru a evita posibilitatea unei electrocutri.

· În timpul utilizrii, lsai cel puin 20 cm în jurul aparatului ca spaiu de ventilaie.

· Nu lovii suprafaa plcii de înclzire cu instrumente dure. Nu folosii niciodat jeturi de ap, nu turnai ap direct peste aparat i nu curai aparatul cu abur, deoarece piesele se vor uda, ceea ce ar duce la scurt-circuite.
· Nu purtai inele, ceasuri i alte obiecte similare atunci când utilizai aparatul, pentru c acestea se încing când stau în apropierea suprafeei de înclzire.
· Atenie! Aezai corespunztor cablul de alimentare, dac este necesar, pentru a împiedica tragerea neintenionat sau contactul cu suprafaa de înclzire.
· Nu splai aparatul cu ap. La splare se pot produce scurgeri, ceea ce va crete riscul de scurt-circuit.
· Nu curai i nu depozitai aparatul decât dup ce s-a rcit complet. · Nu aezai vasele goale pe aparat în timpul funcionrii, deoarece acest lucru poate de-
teriora vasele. Folosii numai ustensilele de gtit care corespund tipului i dimensiunilor recomandate. (A se vedea ---> Echipamente de gtit corespunztoare).

Destinaia produsului · Acest aparat este destinat uzului casnic i pentru
bufet. · Acest aparat este conceput pentru a gti o vari-
etate de alimente prin înclzirea vasului de gtit. Orice alt utilizare poate provoca avarierea aparatului sau accidentarea persoanelor.

Pregtirea înainte de prima utilizare · Desfacei ambalajul i învelitoarea de protecie. · Asigurai-v c aparatul nu este defect. În cazul
în care livrarea este incomplet sau dac exist avarii. Luai legtura cu furnizorul (Vezi ==> Garania). · Curai aparatul înainte de utilizare (Vezi ==> Curarea i întreinerea). · Asigurai-v c aparatul este complet uscat. · Amplasai aparatul pe o suprafa orizontal, stabil i rezistent la cldur, care este protejat împotriva stropilor de ap. · Asigurai-v c exist suficient ventilaie. Lsai o distan minim de 20 cm în jurul prii inferioare a vasului.

· Nu amplasai aparatul în imediata apropiere a dispozitivelor sensibile la perturbaii prin surse magnetice (de ex. aparate radio, casetofoane).
Not: Resturile rmase din fabricaie pot face ca aparatul s emit un uor miros în timpul primelor cicluri de funcionare. Acest lucru este normal i nu este un semn de defeciune sau de pericol. Asigurai-v c aparatul este bine ventilat.

Utilizare · Aezai o tigaie sau o oal în centrul supra-
feei de înclzire a aparatului. (A se vedea ---> Vase de gtit adecvate pentru aparat). Observaie: Nu aezai o tigaie goal, pentru a nu deteriora tigaia i aparatul. · Conectai cablul de alimentare la o priz de curent adecvat. Butonul de Pornire/Ateptare (6) va fi aprins iar aparatul se va afla în modul de Ateptare. · Pornii aparatul apsând mai întâi Pornire/Ateptare (6) i apoi Setare funcie (1) în partea stâng sau dreapt separat. · Apoi funcia de putere este pornit. Aparatul este pregtit pentru gtit. Dac cronometrul nu este activat, aparatul va funciona continuu.

· Setai funcia de putere / temperatur / cronometru / amplificare urmând descrierea.
· Oprii separat unul dintre plcile de înclzire prin apsarea continu a setrii de Descretere (4).
· Dup ce ai terminat de gtit, trecei în modul de Ateptare apsând butonul de Pornire/Ateptare (6). Afiajul digital (3) i toate butoanele se sting, cu excepia butonului de Pornire/Ateptare (6). Observaie: În cazul în care, timp de 2 ore, nu este apsat niciun buton din panoul de comand în tim- pul funcionrii, aparatul va trece automat în mo- dul de Ateptare.

pentru a selecta o funcie diferit. Indicatorul funciei de putere (8) sau indicatorul funciei de temperatur (9) se aprinde. · Apsai setarea de Cretere (2) sau Descretere (4) pentru a crete sau a reduce nivelul de putere (Intervalul: 100W ~ 1.800W pentru stânga; 100W

~ 1.700W pentru dreapta) sau nivelul de temperatur (Interval: 35ºC - 240ºC pentru ambele). Setarea implicit este 100W / 35ºC separat. · Nivelul de putere mai mare este potrivit pentru gtirea la aburi. Iar nivelul mai ridicat de temperatur este potrivit pentru coacere, frigere sau prjire.

Reglarea cronometrului · Dup setarea puterii sau temperaturii pentru
gtit, putei opta pentru setarea cronometrului. Pentru activare, apsai funcia cronometru (5). Indicatorul luminos (5) se aprinde. · Cronometrul afiat pe ecranul digital (4) are formatul 0:00 (unde 0 = 1, 2 sau 3 ore; 00 = 01 ~ 59 minute). · Apsai funcia de Cretere (2) sau Descretere (4) pentru a crete sau a descrete timpul de gtire (Interval: 0 min ~ 180 min). Setarea implicit este 0 min.

· Când cronometrul este setat, acesta va fi stocat automat în memorie în 5 secunde. Aparatul va începe apoi s funcioneze. Va afia alternativ timpul rmas i setarea puterii / setarea temperaturii pe ecran (3).
· Aparatul se va opri dup scurgerea timpului setat i stingerea tuturor indicatoarelor luminoase.

Funcia de amplificare · Apsai butonul funciei de amplificare (7) penRO tru a crete setarea maxim a puterii la 2000W
numai pentru placa stâng. Setarea maxim a puterii plcii drepte se va schimba la 1500W. Indicatorul de amplificare (7) se aprinde.

· Funcia de amplificare poate funciona timp de 10 minute de fiecare dat. Setarea maxim a puterii ambelor plci de înclzire va reveni la normal dup 10 minute. Sau apsai din nou funcia de amplificare (7) pentru a o anula direct.

Observaie: 1) Apsai i meninei butonul de cretere (2) sau
descretere (4) pentru ajustarea rapid. 2) Dup o perioad prelungit de funcionare, este
normal ca ventilatorul de rcire din interior s rmân pornit o perioad în modul de Ateptare. Înainte de a deconecta aparatul de la sursa de

alimentare, ateptai ca ventilatorul de rcire s se opreasc. 3) Suprafaa aparatului înc este fierbinte chiar i dup comutarea în modul de Ateptare. A se atinge numai dup rcirea complet.

Tigaia sau oala sunt supraînclzite. Este posibil ca tigaia s se goleasc, iar aparatul se va opri pentru protecie.

Scoatei aparatul din priz, îndeprtai tigaia sau oala i ateptai pân când aparatul s-a rcit complet. i asigurai-v c este ap în interiorul tigii.

Tensiunea de alimentare este anor- Asigurai-v c aparatul este conec-

mal. (Tensiunea de alimentare este tat la o surs de alimentare electric

Depozitarea · Asigurai-v întotdeauna înainte de depozitare c
aparatul a fost deconectat de la sursa de alimentare i s-a rcit complet. · Depozitai aparatul într-un loc rcoros, curat i uscat.

· Nu aezai niciodat obiecte grele pe suprafaa de înclzire în timpul depozitrii, deoarece este posibil s se sparg.

Depanarea Dac aparatul nu funcioneaz bine, consultai tabelul de mai jos pentru a gsi soluia. Dac tot nu putei rezolva problema, luai legtura cu furnizo-
