This product is a wireless remote controller set for industrial applications. It is intended for controlling construction machinery and industrial equipment such as cranes and conveyors. The product has an IP65 ingress protection rating, protecting it against dust and low-pressure water jets from any direction. Do not submerge the product in water. The product is suitable for outdoor use. Using the product for purposes other than those described may damage it. Improper use can lead to short circuits, fires, or other hazards. The product complies with statutory national and European regulations. For safety and approval reasons, do not modify or alter this product. Read the operating instructions carefully and store them safely. Only pass the product on to third parties together with the operating instructions. 5. Safety Instructions
5.1 General Information

5.5 Power Adapter
- Do not modify or repair the power adapter or its components. Use only the supplied adapter.
- Connect to an accessible wall socket. Check voltage compatibility.
- Avoid wet hands when connecting/disconnecting.
- Unplug by the grip, not the cable. Disconnect during storms.
- Handle damaged adapters with extreme caution; switch off power first before touching.
5.6 LiPo Battery
- Do not damage the battery casing (risk of explosion/fire).
- Avoid short-circuiting battery contacts. Do not incinerate the battery or product.
- Charge regularly, even when not in use.
- Never leave the battery unattended while charging.
- Place the product on a heat-resistant surface during charging.

6. Battery
6.1 Inserting/Removing (Remote Control)
- Inserting: Align the notch on the battery (top right) and press it into the battery compartment until it clicks.
- Removing: Pull the battery out by the notch. Use a flat screwdriver as a lever if necessary.
6.2 Charging
- Use only the supplied charger.
- Connect the charger to the battery, then to the mains power supply.
- LED Indicator: Red = Charging, Green = Fully charged.
7. Mounting and Connection
7.1 Antenna
- Important: Do not place the antenna in shielded areas. The antenna has a magnetic foot for secure mounting.
- Position the antenna for an interference-free connection to the remote control during operation.
- Connect the antenna cable to the receiver, place the antenna foot, and connect the antenna to the foot.
7.2 Receiver Mounting
- Ensure the antenna position provides a good connection.
- Ensure all receiver wires are connected properly and without tension.
- Mount the receiver using the provided brackets and rubber spacers onto a suitable surface.

Note: Wire numbers are on the sheaths. Connect wires according to the overview.

8. Remote Control
8.1 Component Identification
- Left Side: 1. Emergency Stop Button, 2. AUX 1, 3. C/OFF, 4. A-OFF-B, 5. D/OFF, 6. AUX 2.
- Right Side: 7. ON/OFF Rotary Switch, 8. Transmission Enabling Button.
- Top/Center: 14. Left Joystick (8 directions, 5 speed levels), 9. Right Joystick (8 directions, 5 speed levels), 11. Status LEDs, 12. Display, 13. AUX 3, 10. AUX 4.
8.2 Emergency Stop Button (1)
- Stop: Press to disconnect receiver power; all functions are disabled.
- Unlock: Turn clockwise until the button pops out.

8.4 Display (12)
Shows battery status, STOP indicator, transmitting blocked status, transmission start, switch/button status, and joystick status.
8.5 Switching On/Off
- Important: The receiver powers on automatically with the connected device.
- To enable remote transmission: Ensure all switches are OFF, controls are untouched, and the Emergency Stop button (1) is unlocked.
- Switching On: Turn the ON/OFF switch (7) to ON. Press the green transmission enabling button (8).
- Switching Off: Turn the ON/OFF switch (7) to OFF.
9. Belt
The belt supports holding the remote. It can be worn around the neck during operation or over the shoulder for transport. Connect the carabiner hooks to the eyelets on the back of the remote control.
10. Troubleshooting

11. Cleaning and Care
Important: Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, rubbing alcohol, or chemical solvents, as they can damage the housing and cause malfunctions. Do not immerse the product in water. Clean with a dry, lint-free cloth.

12.1 Product
This device is marked with the WEEE symbol, indicating it should not be disposed of with unsorted municipal waste. Users must dispose of it separately. End users are responsible for data deletion. Observe local regulations for disposal and recycling.
12.2 Batteries
- Remove and dispose of batteries/rechargeable batteries separately. Do not dispose of in household waste.

- Return used batteries to collection points. Cover terminals with insulating tape before disposal to prevent short circuits.
