Overview

Vibrator Components

The vibrator consists of the following parts:

• Shaft Head: The main body of the vibrator.
• Pulsator: Part of the vibrator responsible for pulsation.
• External Stimulator: A component designed for external stimulation.

Controls

• Power On/Off: Press and hold the [power button] for 2 seconds.
• Change Vibration Mode/Intensity: Single press the [mode/intensity button].

How to Use

Power On/Off

Press and hold the [power button] for 2 seconds.

Starting Vibration/Pulsation

• To start vibration, single press [vibration button].
• To start pulsation, single press [pulsation button].

Positioning

This vibrator is designed to target the prostate with the shaft head and the perineum with the external stimulator. Insert the vibrator shaft anally and place the external stimulator against the perineum.

Intensity

This product has 5 intensity levels for vibration and pulsation.

• To increase vibration intensity from minimum, single press [vibration button].
• To increase pulsation intensity from minimum, single press [pulsation button].

Mode

This product has 5 modes for vibration and pulsation.

• To change vibration mode, double press [mode button]. The mode light will change color.
• To change pulsation mode, double press [pulsation button].

Memory Function

A memory function causes this product to resume on the last mode used before it was turned off. Intensity will always start at level 1.

Travel Lock

This product has a lock to prevent it from turning on during travel.

• To lock the product, it must be turned off. Press and hold [lock button 1] and [lock button 2] until the lights flash. The product will stay turned off.
• To unlock, repeat the process. The product will stay turned off.
• If the product is locked, recharging will automatically unlock it.

Apps and Interactive Features

This product offers more play options when paired with digital apps and platforms on a Bluetooth-enabled smart device.

• SVAKOM App: Access preset functions, customize settings, try short-range, long-distance, and shared control, and interact with a partner at any distance.

Charging

Fully charge this product before first use. Connect the magnetic charging points on the cable to the product base and plug the USB-A into a power source.

Battery lights indicate the charge level:

• 1 light: Up to 25%
• 2 lights: 25-50%
• 3 lights: 50-75%
• 4 lights: 75-100%
• Flashing: Charging in progress

Cleaning, Care, and Storage

• Clean this product before and after each use. Use warm water and mild soap, or a suitable toy cleaner, then rinse and allow to dry.
• The only lubricant compatible with this product is water-based lubricant. Do not use silicone-based lubricants or other substances.
• Store this product in a safe, dry place, away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, or substances that may damage the materials.

Warnings Against Misuse

• For adult use only. For external use only. Use for intended purpose only. Remove jewelry before use.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Avoid sharing due to the risk of sexually transmitted illness. Use protective measures if necessary.

Battery Maintenance

• Contains non-replaceable, rechargeable polymer lithium batteries.
• Charge only where local mains voltage is appropriate.
• Use only UL-certified or equivalent 5V USB chargers/adapters. Do not use fast chargers or adapters exceeding 5V.
• Do not use, clean, or immerse the product in water or other fluids during charging.
• For optimal battery life, recharge regularly, even when not in use.
• Unplug the charging cable immediately after charging.

Each SVAKOM product comes with a 2-year warranty and a 10-year quality guarantee (excluding purchases from unauthorized online marketplace sellers). Register or make a claim at www.svakom.com/warranty-claim.

Disposal of Electronic Devices and Batteries

Applicable in the EU and other European countries with separate waste collection systems. Consumers are legally obliged to return used batteries. Batteries and electronic devices must not be disposed of with household waste but should be taken to the appropriate collection point for recycling. The crossed-out waste bin symbol indicates this: ?️.

All SVAKOM products are manufactured using body-safe materials.

International Certification

SVAKOM products have passed EU ROHS certification and meet EU CE Directive and WEEE Directive. They are "Green" and meet official safety and environmental protection standards from European and North American agencies.

Compliance with FCC Regulations

This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.

Use Iker Neo in environments with temperatures between 0°C and 45°C.

SAR: The device complies with RF specifications when used 5mm from the body.

Risk of explosion if the battery is replaced with an incorrect type. Dispose of used batteries according to instructions.

Meeting European Standards

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, SVAKOM's liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

SVAKOM disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose.
