Read Instructions Before Using Your New Electric Scooter

WARNING!

Please make sure to inspect before riding:

  1. Make sure the control panel can be turned on.
  2. Make sure the brake levers working properly.
  3. Make sure the front of the E-scooter is stable.
  4. Make sure the seat is installed firmly (If any).
  5. Make sure the horn working properly.
  6. Make sure the light system working properly.
  7. Make sure the Single and Dual drive switch is working properly.
  8. Make sure the Eco and Turbo mode switch working properly.
  9. Make sure the folding mechanism working normally.
  10. Inspect the brake pads.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

  1. Be sure to wear helmet, knee, and elbow pads before riding.
  2. Please ride at low speed at the beginning; After your skilled use of an E-scooter, you can speed up gradually.
  3. Please do not ride on a rainy day or ride into a puddle.
  4. The E-scooter is for adults only.
  5. Check carefully if the brakes are in good condition.
  6. Adjust the handlebar to the appropriate position.
  7. Make sure all screws are fastened well.
  8. Do not recharge the E-scooter in an unmanned environment or while sleeping.
  9. Only original power adapters are allowed to recharge E-scooter.
  10. Do not do any modifications to E-scooter.
  11. Obey your country's traffic rules.

HANDLEBAR FOLDING OPERATION

  1. Step 1: Find the two folding sleeves on the handlebar.
  2. Step 2: Pull the folding sleeve and fold down toward the direction of the arrow.
  3. Step 3: Repeat operation as Step 2.

POLE FOLDING

  1. Step 1: Pull down the safety lock.
  2. Step 2: Hold the pole by one hand; Press down the red folding lock by the other hand; Then fold the pole down.

UNFOLDING OPERATION

  1. Step 1: Push down the folding lock, and push back the pole at the same time.
  2. Step 2: Push back the safety lock.

  1. Step 1: Pull the fastening buckle and loosen it.
  2. Step 2: Adjust the pole height to your required height.
  3. Step 3: Tighten the fastening buckle, and turn it back.

MULTIFUNCTIONAL DISPLAY

The multifunctional display shows crucial information such as speed, battery level, gear selection, and indicator lights.

LIGHT SWITCH

The light switch controls the scooter's lighting system, typically featuring an ON/OFF function.

TURNING LIGHT SWITCH/ HORN

Controls for the turning signals and the horn, essential for road safety and communication.

ECO/TURBO BUTTON

This button allows selection between different riding modes, likely affecting speed and power output.

SINGLE/DUAL BUTTON

This button switches between single-motor and dual-motor drive modes, impacting performance and traction.

Display Layout:

Top row (from left to right): Turning light, gear, speed, front light.

Bottom row (from left to right): Battery, motor, throttle, controller, brake.

Pressing the green button will change gears from 1 to 3.

ECO TURBO / SINGLE DUAL SWITCH

  1. The red button ([Red Button]) is a Single and dual switch that is used for shifting Single motor driving and dual motor driving mode.
  2. The yellow button ([Yellow Button]) is used for riding at high speed or low speed.

NOTE: We strongly recommend you ride in SINGLE AND ECO mode for the first time. When you can ride skillfully at low speed, you can try dual motors and at Turbo mode. Please be noted that the mileage will be shorter at dual motor and Turbo mode. If you want to ride for a long distance, we recommend riding the scooter with a Single motor and in ECO mode.

RECHARGING BATTERY

  1. Open the cover of the charging port.
  2. Insert the DC plug of the power adapter into the charging port.
  3. Insert the AC plug of the power adapter into a wall socket.

NOTE:

  1. Must use the original Power adapter to recharge your E-scooter.
  2. There are 2 charging ports on your electric scooter; we recommend recharging your E-scooter with a single charger, which can prolong the battery life span.
  3. Please do not recharge your E-scooter indoors, and do not recharge without a person monitoring.

COMMON FAULTS AND SOLUTIONS

Cannot start E-scooter

  1. Confirm if the battery is out of electricity.
  2. Open the foot pedal and check if the battery fuse is disconnected or burned.
  3. Open the foot pedal to check if the connection between the accelerator main line and the controller loosened or not.
  4. Check the connection between battery and controller.

Cannot Recharge E-scooter

  1. Connect the charger to the charging port to see if the indicator light works or not.
  2. Open the foot pedal to check if the battery fuse is disconnected or burned out.

Cannot accelerate E-scooter

  1. Confirm if the brake lever is bound back to its original position.
  2. Open the foot pedal to check if the connection between the controller and motor loosened or not.

E-SCOOTER MAINTENANCE

  1. Please charge your e-scooter after your receipt of it and recharge it after your riding every time.
  2. Please check battery status regularly and recharge it in time if you do not ride it for a long time.
  3. Do not ride on rainy days or ride into puddles.
  4. It's forbidden to disassemble or modify E-scooter.
  5. When braking performance starts to decline, please check whether there is brake oil in the tubing. If not, please add brake oil. If the brake efficiency is still not in good condition, and there is an audible sound, please replace the brake pads.
  6. Every 6 months, a small amount of lubricant should be used to maintain the clutch of the folding handle. (Please not use WD40 to lubricate the E-scooter, and not lubricate the front and rear wheels.)
  7. When the tires are visually worn, please replace them immediately.
  8. Check all screws regularly to make sure each of them is fastened.

We have a warranty and provide after-sale services to our customers. If the E-scooter has any quality issues, please feel free to contact us. We will offer professional instructions and solutions to you timely.

We offer 365 days warranty for the following parts MOTOR, ACCELERATOR, CHARGER, CONTROLLER, BATTERY, AND SCOOTER BODY under the condition of normal operation. Please be noted that we will not offer a warranty under the following situations:

  1. Not proper maintenance according to our manual.
  2. Man-made damages.
  3. Damage caused by force majeure.
  4. Other deficiencies situations will be judged by our company or dealer.

Our warranty is only provided after receipt of the warranty card or original purchase certificate or proof provided by our dealers. Please keep any of them properly.
