This guide provides instructions for using the Lavazza Milk Frother, model A Modo Mio, to create frothed milk for various coffee beverages.
The device is a dark grey electric milk frother with a stainless steel jug, a lid, and a single power button on the base.
Operating Instructions
Step 1: Select the Correct Whisk
Choose the appropriate whisk for the drink you wish to prepare:
- Cappuccino Whisk: Features a toothed edge.

Step 2: Insert Whisk and Add Milk
Insert the selected whisk into the metal jug. Add cold milk up to the indicated line level:
- Caffe Latte (Top Line): Fill milk to the 'MAXO' line.

Ensure the whisk is correctly oriented. It should magnetically attach to the base of the jug.

Step 3: Froth the Milk
Place the metal jug into the frother base, put the lid on, and press the power button ⏻.

For cold frothing: Press and hold the power button ⏻ until the device beeps.
Step 4: Serve
When frothing is complete, the device will emit a beep. Carefully remove the jug and lid. Pour the frothed milk onto your prepared coffee. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Important Notes
Attachment Storage: Always store the frother attachments as shown to prevent them from getting lost.
