First Use

Follow these steps for the initial setup of your DESEA machine:

1. Fill the water tank.
2. Turn on the machine.
3. Follow on-screen prompts for initial setup.
4. Prepare for first coffee.
5. Clean the milk circuit.
6. Clean the coffee circuit.
7. Wash components.

Cappuccino Preparation

Prepare a delicious cappuccino with your DESEA machine:

1. Ensure the milk container is filled.
2. Place a cup under the spout.
3. Select the cappuccino function.
4. The machine will froth milk and dispense coffee.

Milk Recipes - Cold Milk Froth

Create cold milk froth for your beverages:

1. Fill the milk container with cold milk.
2. Select the cold milk froth function.
3. Place a cup under the spout.
4. The machine will froth the milk.

Daily Use

For your everyday coffee enjoyment:

1. Ensure the water tank is filled.
2. Turn on the machine.
3. Place a cup under the spout.
4. Select your desired coffee type (espresso, long coffee, etc.).
5. Press the brew button.
6. For milk-based drinks, follow specific preparation steps.

Coffee Dose Programming

Customize your coffee strength and volume:

Programming Espresso Measure

1. Insert an espresso capsule.
2. Press and hold the espresso button until desired volume is reached.
3. Release the button. The machine will save the setting.

Programming Long Espresso Measure

1. Insert an espresso capsule.
2. Press and hold the long espresso button until desired volume is reached.
3. Release the button. The machine will save the setting.

Programming Long Coffee Measure

1. Insert an espresso capsule.
2. Press and hold the long coffee button until desired volume is reached.
3. Release the button. The machine will save the setting.

Free Dose

Dispense coffee at any time without saving a specific dose.

User Interface - Legend

Understand the indicators and buttons on your DESEA machine:

• On/Off Button: Powers the machine on and off.
• Descaling Required Indicator: Lights up when descaling is needed.
• Empty Water Tank Indicator: Alerts when the water tank is low or empty.
• Full Capsule Drawer Indicator: Notifies when the used capsule drawer is full.
• Coffee Options: Espresso, Long Espresso, Long Coffee, Free Dose.
• Milk Options: Cappuccino Large, Cappuccino, Latte Macchiato, Hot/Cold Milk Froth.
• Temperature Boost: Increases coffee temperature.
• Foam Boost: Enhances milk froth.
• Descaling Process: Initiates the descaling procedure.

Important Note on Descaling: Limescale buildup is normal. Descale when indicated by the alert. Failure to descale when prompted may void the warranty.
