Welcome and Product Information

Care Instructions
Artificial Rattan
- Furniture with artificial rattan requires only regular cleaning.
- Wipe away spills, dirt, pollen, and other debris. Immediately wipe up coffee spills, red wine spills, and greasy marks to prevent discoloration of the rattan.
- Use a mild detergent, such as soapy water, and wipe clean, or rinse with a garden hose.
- Never place hot objects (e.g., saucepans, cigarettes, barbecue equipment) directly onto the furniture.
Powder-Lacquered Steel
If there are any scratches or damage to the lacquer, treat them immediately to prevent rust. To treat scratches/damage, first sand away any rust and loose paint flakes. Then, apply rust-protection paint for metal in the appropriate color, always following the instructions on the paint tin.
Cushions
- To prevent the cushions from getting dirty or fading, protect them from sun and damp when not in use.
- The cushions are made of water-repellent polyester but are not 100% waterproof. In inclement weather, store them under cover, preferably in a cushion storage bag/box or under a furniture cover.
- If cushions remain very wet for an extended period, there is a risk of mold or algae growth.
Storage
- To prevent the fabric from getting dirty or fading, protect the furniture from sun, moisture, and damp by using a furniture cover or placing it under a roof when not in use.
- Furniture covers are sold separately and can be purchased at all Rusta shops during the season.
- During winter, store your furniture indoors in a cool, not too dry place, such as a garage or storage room.
- If using a furniture cover, ensure air can escape from the lower corner of the cover for good ventilation.
- Always clean the furniture before storing it for the winter.
Right of Complaint
By law, products must be returned to the place of purchase with the original receipt for complaints. The user is liable for any damage caused by not using the product for its intended purpose or by not following this user manual correctly. In such cases, the right of complaint will not apply.
Please Note: This outdoor furniture is intended for private use only, in areas not accessible to the general public (e.g., private gardens, terraces, balconies). The Consumer Sales Act applies only if this condition is met.
