Instructions for Use
1. Installation
- Take out the insulation sheet in the battery box.
- Long press the switch to turn on the device.
2. Download the Govee Home App
Search and download the "Govee Home" app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
3. Add the Device
- Open the Govee Home app.
- On the home page, click the "+" icon in the top right corner to enter the Govee device list.
- Select H5055 and follow the app prompts to add the device.
Troubleshooting
1. Screen Displays LLL/HHH
Ensure the probes are firmly inserted into the device. The screen displays LLL/HHH when probes detect temperatures exceeding the range. Remove the probe promptly.
2. Cannot Receive Alerts
Confirm that Bluetooth is turned on your phone. When using the device, ensure the app is open and the device is within Bluetooth range.
3. Cannot Set Up the Device
Verify the device is within Bluetooth range. Turn on the device and your phone's Bluetooth, then open the app to configure settings.
