This user manual provides detailed instructions for the GoveeLife H5106 Smart Air Quality Monitor, a device designed to monitor indoor PM2.5, temperature, and humidity. Getting Started

1. Remove all packaging and plug the device into power.
2. Place the product on a flat and stable surface.

Note: To ensure the accuracy of temperature and humidity readings, avoid touching the sensor hole while moving the product.

Downloading Govee Home App

To download the Govee Home App, search for “Govee” in the Apple App Store® (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

Note:

• Choose "Allow" for permissions requested by the Govee Home App. These permissions enable normal app function and are not used to record personal, private information.
• Due to ongoing updates, the Govee Home App may differ slightly from this manual. Always follow in-app instructions.

Pairing with Govee Home App

1. Turn on your smartphone's Bluetooth.
2. Open the Govee Home App, tap the "+" icon in the top right corner, and search for "H5106."
3. Tap the device icon and follow the on-screen instructions to complete pairing.

Note:

• The Govee Home App can connect your air monitor to Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. Follow in-app instructions for voice assistant connection.
• The Govee Home App is continually updated, and its features expand.

For App & Connectivity

1. Cannot connect to Govee Home App.

• Ensure your smartphone is powered on and not connected to other Bluetooth devices.
• Enable the smartphone's Location Services.
• Try connecting with another smartphone.
• Ensure your app is updated to the latest version.
• Ensure you connect to your Wi-Fi router's 2.4GHz network and that the network is working correctly.
• Ensure the Wi-Fi password entered is correct.
• Shorten the distance between the air monitor, Wi-Fi router, and the smartphone.
• Ensure your air monitor and Wi-Fi router are located away from appliances that produce electromagnetic radiation (e.g., microwave ovens, refrigerators).
• If using a VPN, try turning it off before connecting the air monitor.
• Disable portal authentication for your Wi-Fi network. If enabled, the air monitor cannot access your Wi-Fi network, and setup will fail. Portal authentication requires signing in through a web page before using the Internet.

2. Cannot find the device on the Bluetooth Device Nearby page of the app.

The air monitor may be connected to another smartphone. Disconnect it from the other smartphone first.

3. The air monitor is offline.

• Ensure the air monitor is plugged in and powered on, then refresh "My Devices" in the Govee Home App by swiping down on the screen.
• Ensure your router is connected to the internet and your phone's network connection is working.
• If the Wi-Fi password has been changed, the air monitor will automatically go offline. Try connecting it to the network again.
• Delete the offline air monitor from the Govee Home app, then add and reconfigure it again in the app.
