The Avantco MG12 #12 Meat Grinder is a powerful and reliable 1 hp, 110V electric meat grinder designed for medium-duty use in commercial kitchens and butcher shops. It is capable of processing up to 260 lb. of meat per hour and is built with a durable stainless steel body for longevity.

This grinder is ideal for preparing ground beef, sausage, wild game, and other food items. It features a direct drive system, stainless steel knives and plates for efficient grinding, and a large feed tray for easy operation. The unit includes both a 1/4" and 5/16" grinder plate to produce different sizes of ground product.

For enhanced safety, the grinder is equipped with non-skid feet to prevent movement during operation and a plastic pusher to keep hands away from moving parts. It also comes with a replacement knife, gasket, sausage stuffer tube, and a stainless steel meat tray. An optional sausage stuffing plate (MG12PSTUF) is available separately for optimal sausage making.

The bench-style design allows for easy placement of a meat lug under the grinding head, and a stainless steel handle on top facilitates transportation. The unit can be disassembled for thorough cleaning after use, ensuring hygiene and maintenance ease.
