The unit also offers versatility with a removable cutout lid, allowing for the use of rectangle baskets (sold separately). A simple thermostatic knob provides precise control over the heating element's temperature, adjustable up to 230 degrees Fahrenheit, ensuring optimal water temperature for cooking.
The sides of the unit are equipped with built-in handles for convenient transportation. Constructed from robust stainless steel, this unit is built to meet the demands of commercial kitchen environments. Four support legs, each fitted with non-slip feet, ensure stability and prevent unwanted sliding during operation. A generous 55 1/8-inch power cord provides ample reach for powering the cooker.
