Preparation and Measurements
Ensure proper installation by following these measurements:
- Overall track length: 78-3/4" (comprised of two 39-3/8" adjoining pieces).
- Door Weight Capacity: 200 Lbs.
- Fits Openings Up To: 36 inches.
- Hole spacing on track: 17-3/4".
- Distance from door top side to wall holes: 1-5/16".
- Distance from door entrance side to nearest pre-drilled hole line: 4-3/4".
- Distance from bottom of track to floor: 3/8".
- Recommended door height: H (variable).
- Recommended height of wall holes: H + 1-11/16".
- Recommended door thickness: 1-3/8" to 1-9/16".
Note: If your door thickness exceeds 1-9/16", you may need to use longer bolts for installation.

Installation Overview
Important Reminder:
- Drywall Installation: Do NOT install the track directly onto drywall. Install a 1" x 4" or 1" x 6" header board above the door opening, ensuring it is secured directly into wall studs. The header board must be solid wood and at least as long as the track. Drill holes 2" or deeper using a 3/8" drill bit.
- Concrete/Block/Brick Wall Installation: Ensure hex bolts are embedded into floor anchors.
Connect Tracks
Connect the two track pieces together to form the full track length.
Mark Wall Holes
Using a level, position the assembled track horizontally against the wall (or header board). Mark the desired hole locations with a pencil. The recommended height for these holes from the floor is H + 1-11/16".
Install Wall Anchors (Drywall)
For drywall installations, first secure the plastic anchors (AA) into the pre-drilled holes on the wall/header board. Then, insert the lag screws (AA) into the anchors.
Attach Hangers to Door
Secure the hangers (B) to the door. Ensure they are mounted straight, following the specified dimensions. The recommended door thickness is 1-3/8" to 1-9/16". Use a 3/8" drill bit to create the necessary holes for the hangers.
Install Door Stoppers
Insert the door stoppers (CC) onto the track at the desired positions to limit the door's travel.
Install Floor Guide
Prepare the bottom edge of the door by mortising a groove. This groove should be approximately 1/4" to 3/8" wide and 3/4" deep, centered on the door's bottom edge. Mark the floor for the floor guide (EE) installation, ensuring approximately 1" spacing between holes. Install the floor guide.
Hang Door on Track
Rotate the anti-jump discs (DD) approximately 180 degrees away from the door. Carefully lift and hang the door onto the track via the attached hangers.
Test Door Operation
Gently slide the door from its open position to its closed position. Verify that all components are functioning smoothly and correctly.
Adjust Door Stoppers
Use the hex key (LL) to adjust the position of the door stoppers (CC) as needed to fine-tune the door's stopping points.
