The Baby Trend® warranty covers workmanship defects within 1 year of purchase. Any product subjected to misuse, abuse, abnormal use, excessive wear and tear, improper assembly, negligence, environmental exposure, alteration, or accident, or with an altered or removed serial number, invalidates all claims against the manufacturer. Any property damage during installation is the sole responsibility of the end user.

Suitable for infants 3 months and older.
WARNING!
- Never leave child unattended.
- Possible entanglement or strangulation. Discontinue use of arched toy when child begins to push up on hands and knees.
- Do not allow child to sleep on this product.
- Only use this product on a level floor. Do not place on beds or any other furniture or other juvenile products.
- Never use this product if damaged or broken.
STRANGULATION HAZARD
Strings can cause STRANGULATION!
- DO NOT place items with a string around child's neck, such as hood strings or pacifier cords.
- DO NOT suspend strings over product or attach strings to toys. To prevent entanglement injury, never place the Play Mat in a crib or playpen. Never add strings, ties or other products to the Play Mat.
FALL HAZARD!
Babies can FALL from unit resulting in head injuries.
- NEVER leave child unattended. Always keep child in view while in product.
- NEVER use near stairs, stoves or ovens, heaters, fireplaces, swimming pools, or other dangerous areas. To avoid tip over, place product on a flat, level surface.
- NEVER lift this product with your child in it.
- NEVER place product on counter tops, tables, or any other elevated surface.
- ALWAYS Ensure that all frame parts are completely locked. Check that all connections on the Play Mat are secured properly.
- ALWAYS make sure the fasteners (ropes, straps, clips, etc.) are securely fastened on the Play Mat.
- ALWAYS use parts provided by the manufacturer; never substitute any parts with items not provided by the manufacturer.
- Keep ALL packaging out of reach from children.
Discontinue use if any part becomes damaged. Please contact customer service at 1-800-328-7363 to order replacement parts or arrange for repairs.

IMPORTANT! Before assembly and each use, inspect this product for damaged hardware, loose joints, missing parts or sharp edges. NEVER use if any parts are missing or broken.
IMPORTANT! Adult assembly is required.
Care and Maintenance
- MACHINE WASHABLE MAT: Wash the mat separately in cold water on the gentle cycle. Do not use bleach. Tumble dry on low heat.
- The arched bars, hard toys, mirror, bases, and frames can be wiped with a clean, damp cloth.
- DO NOT MACHINE WASH (Bars/Toys/Plastic Parts): Use only lukewarm water and mild soap.
- To wash the mat: Fold with mirror inside padded mat and put into the mesh laundry bag. Seal shut and wash individually.

Assembly Instructions
Step 1: PADDED MAT WITH BUCKLES
WARNING: Never leave child unattended. Always keep child in view while in product. NEVER put child under the mat.
- Unfold the mat and place onto a spacious flat surface area.

- Buckle in the bar: Slightly flip one edge of the mat to locate the buckle. Buckle in the end of the bar. Repeat for the opposite side. Finish one bar first and repeat this step for the other bar.Illustration description: Diagram showing how to buckle the bar to the mat edge.
- Adjust the bars at the intersecting joint and align the centers of the 2 bars. Slide the elastic joint neatly to the intersection of the bars.Illustration description: Diagram showing the bars adjusted at the intersection with the elastic joint slid into place.
Step 2: BAR WITH BUCKLES

- Lay the bars onto the mat. Ensure the bar with the elastic joint attached is placed on top.
- Set the toy bars: Place the bars in an X formation onto the mat. Match the orientation with the mat buckles.Illustration description: Diagram showing the bars laid onto the mat, and then arranged in an X formation on the mat.
Step 3: TOY ATTACHMENTS
- Hook to clip: If required, use the toy strap to insert it into the front side of the clip. Repeat as needed.Illustration description: Diagram showing toy strap insertion into a clip.
- Slightly open the clip to attach one toy to the center of the bars directly at the bars intersection.Illustration description: Diagram showing a toy attached to the clip at the bar intersection.

Note: Toys are interchangeable and may be detached for activities and role play.
Step 4: ADJUST TOY BAR ANGLES
- Remove the toys from the bar not containing the elastic joint.

Note: To reattach the toys, revert to step 3 as needed.
Step 5: TO DISASSEMBLE THE PLAY MAT
- Unbuckle the 4 ends of the bars from under the mat.
- Reverse step 3 to detach the toys from the toy bars (optional).
- Note: To prevent injuries from entanglement, never place the play mat in a crib or playpen.
