NOD e-Car AC38 Universal Car Charger

User Manual

Read all instructions carefully and keep them for future reference.

1. Remove all packaging materials and keep out of reach of children.
2. After unpacking the device, check for possible damages. In case of damage or visible problem, do not use the device and contact the store where you bought it.
3. Connect the charger to the corresponding socket inside the car. Make sure that the input voltage is the same as the voltage indicated on the rating label of the device.
4. The NOD e-Car AC38 charger safely charges two devices at the same time.
5. Connect your device (which supports USB-C Power Delivery charging) to the charger's USB-C port via a USB cable (USB cable not included).
6. Connect your device (which supports USB-A Quick Charge) to the charger's USB-A port via a USB cable (the USB cable is not included in the package).

Safety Instructions

• Before using the charger, please make sure it is compatible with your device.
• [Warning]: Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the device for any reason.
• Do not expose the device to water, moisture, or direct sunlight. Do not allow water to enter the charger.
• [Caution]: If the charger gets wet, DO NOT use it!
• Do not place the device near heat sources (e.g., fire, electric heaters, radiators, fireplaces, etc.).
• To avoid damage to the device, do not drop or hit it.

Device Overview

The charger is a compact cylindrical device with the following ports:

• 1. USB-A port (supports QC 3.0)
• 2. USB-C port (supports PD 3.0)
• 3. 12-24V input connector, designed to fit into a car's cigarette lighter socket.

The total output power is indicated as 38W.

Notes

• When the ports are used simultaneously, the charger recognizes the connected devices and optimizes charging performance for both devices. The charger will automatically distribute the best power according to the device, and when it is close to full power, the charger will enter trickle mode.
• Not suitable for use at an altitude above 2000 meters and in tropical areas.

Cleaning

1. [Caution]: Do not get wet or immerse the charger in water or any other liquid.
2. You can clean the device with a dry and soft cloth.
3. Do not clean this device with alcohol or any other liquid.

Storage

1. Always store the device and its cord out of the reach of children.
2. Always store the device in a safe and clean place. To best protect the device, store it in its original packaging.
