General Information and Safety Precautions
⚠️ **CAUTION!** When using electrical appliances, safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire or electric shock!
- Do not immerse the power cord, plug or housing in water or under the tap during cleaning, to avoid damage or danger.
- Avoid any liquid entering the appliance to prevent electric shock or short-circuit.
- Do not cover the air inlets and air outlets when the appliance is working.
- Some parts of the appliance reach high temperatures during operation; please do not touch them directly.
- Make sure that your output voltage corresponds to the voltage stated on the rating label of the appliance.
- Before use, please check the power cord and accessories for any damage.
- Do not let the cord hang over the sharp edge of a counter.
- Do not plug in the appliance or operate the control panel with wet hands.
- Do not place or use the appliance on or near combustible materials, such as tablecloths, curtains, or wallpaper, to avoid fire hazards.
- External power cord connection is not allowed.
- The fryer's inner chamber reaches high temperatures during operation; do not put plastic dishes, bowls, or protective film inside.
- The appliance should be placed on a horizontal and stable surface. Do not place it on plastic, board, or any other hot, unstable, or easily worn surface.
- Maintain at least 10cm of space around the appliance from walls and other appliances. Do not place anything on top of the appliance.
- Do not use the appliance beyond the specifications in this manual.
- Do not use this product unattended.
- During operation, hot steam will exhaust through the rear air outlet. Keep hands and face at a safe distance from the steam and air outlet openings. Be careful of hot steam and air when removing the basket, tray, or toast rack.
- Once cooking is done, the heating component is very hot. Do not touch it.
- If the pre-set time is too long, food may burn and smoke will be released from the air outlet. Unplug immediately and clean the food and oil from the basket, toast rack, and tray.
- After use, press the button, then pull the plug from the socket. Avoid pulling the power cord directly.
- Keep the appliance and its cords out of the reach of children.
- Unplug the appliance when not in use or before cleaning. Allow it to cool down first.
- Do not use accessories not provided or recommended by ZASS.
- This appliance is intended for household use only. Do not use outdoors.
- Clean and dry the basket and glass jar before putting food inside.
- The appliance has a built-in safety switch. It will only operate when the cooking window component is correctly in place.
- Always unplug the appliance when not in use.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons to avoid a hazard.
- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 and above, and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, if they have been given supervision or instruction on safe use and understand the hazards involved. Children must not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised.
- Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children under 8 years old.
- Appliances are not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system.
- The door or outer surface may get hot when the appliance is operating.

Product Instructions
Before First Use
- Remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels.
- Clean the basket and all other accessories with hot water, dishwashing liquid, and a non-abrasive sponge. The glass jar is dishwasher safe.
- Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a damp cloth.
- After cleaning, run the air fryer empty at maximum temperature for 15-20 minutes to clean heating elements and components from manufacturing residue. A slight smell and smoke are normal during this process and will disappear with use.
Operating Instructions

Place the appliance on a horizontal surface, keeping at least 10cm clearance from the back and sides. Keep the appliance away from curtains, wall coverings, and other combustible materials.
After removing the basket, place the mesh tray flat inside the basket.
Note:
- When cooking, use heat-resistant gloves to remove the mesh tray from the basket.
- Do not overfill the glass jar; maintain a minimum 3cm distance from the top edge to allow air circulation and accommodate food expansion during heating.
- The appliance will only function correctly when the glass jar is properly inserted. A safety switch ensures this. If the jar is not inserted, the digital display will show "-- --".
Using the Appliance:
- When power is connected, a buzzer sounds, indicators flash, and then turn off, leaving only the button indicator lit.
- Press the button. All indicator lights and the digital screen will illuminate, entering standby mode.
- In standby mode, the button, , and buttons are locked; other buttons can be operated.
- The appliance will automatically shut down 60 seconds after no operation in standby mode.
- In standby mode, touch a function button to select a program, then press the button to enter the working state.
- While working or selecting a function, to adjust time and temperature: press the button, the corresponding icon on the screen will flicker. Use the and buttons to adjust temperature and time.
- During operation, press the button to stop the appliance. The fan will continue to run for one minute to dissipate heat.
Setting Cooking Time and Temperature

Note: Larger portions of food may require more time and a higher temperature.
Pause Function
Pulling out the basket during operation will pause the appliance. The keys will be locked except for the
button. Re-inserting the basket will resume the previous cooking cycle.Note: If there is no operation for 10 minutes in pause state, the appliance will automatically turn off.
Tip: Turn food regularly during cooking for even results.
Cooking Finish
- When cooking is complete, the appliance will emit three beeps, and the heater will stop. The fan will continue to run for one minute to cool down the internal temperature.
- Pull out the basket and place it on a stable, horizontal surface. Use the silicone support (8) as the basket will be very hot.
- Transfer the cooked food to a plate or serving dish using a spatula or other utensil.
- After cooking, press the button to turn off the appliance and unplug the power cord from the wall socket.
Note: It is recommended to remove the basket after it has cooled completely. Do not turn the basket upside down, as excess grease may drip out.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Clean the appliance and accessories after each use.
- Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool for at least 10 minutes before cleaning.
- Wipe the appliance surface with a soft, damp cloth.
- Do not immerse the power cord, plug, or appliance body in water or other liquids, as this may cause damage, fire, electric shock, or injury.
Storage
Allow the appliance to cool completely before storing. Ensure all parts are clean and dry. Assemble the appliance and store it in a dry, clean, non-corrosive environment, out of reach of children. Storing in the original packaging is recommended.
