3. Product Instructions
For the First Time
- Check that the voltage indicated on the rating label corresponds to the mains voltage in your home.
- Wash all parts (except body/motor housing) in warm soapy water.
- Before plugging in, ensure the key switch is in the "OFF" position.
Assembling
- Figures 1-2: Insert the grinding head into the head inlet and press the locker to secure it.
- Figure 3: Place the feeding screw into the grinding head (long end first) and turn it until it engages with the motor's shaft.
- Figure 4: Place the cutting blade onto the feeding screw shaft with the blade facing forward. Incorrect fitting will prevent grinding.
- Figure 5: Place the cutting plate next to the cutting blade, aligning the protrusions with the slots in the grinding head.
- Figure 6: Support the cutting plate with one finger and tighten the fixing ring with the other hand. Do not overtighten.
- Place the food tray on the grinding head and fix it into position.
- Locate the unit on a firm, stable surface.
- Ensure air passages at the bottom and sides of the motor housing are clear and not blocked.
Making Kibbe
Recipe: Stuffing
- Mutton: 100g
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
- Onion (finely chopped): 1 tablespoon
- Spices to taste
- Salt to taste
- Flour: 1 tablespoon
- Mince mutton once or twice.
- Fry onion until brown, then add minced mutton, spices, salt, and flour.
Recipe: Outlet Cover
- Lean meat: 450g
- Flour: 150-200g
- Spices to taste
- Nutmeg (finely chopped): 1 piece
- Powdered red pepper to taste

- Mince meat three times and mix all ingredients in a bowl. More meat and less flour create better consistency and taste for the outlet cover.
- Grind the mixture three times.
- Disassemble by reversing steps 5-3 to remove the cutting plate and blade.
- Figures 7-9: Place kibbe attachments and plate onto the feed screw shaft, fitting protrusions into slots. Screw the cap into place until tight, but do not overtighten.
- Figure 10: Form the cylindrical outlet cover. Shape the kibbe as illustrated (like a rugby ball) and deep fry.
Making Sausage
- Assemble the sausage attachment as shown in Figure 11 before starting.
- Soak the sausage casing in warm water for about 10 minutes, then pull the wet casing onto the sausage funnel.
- Place the sausage mixture onto the food tray. Start the machine and use the pusher to push the mixture into the funnel (T).
Pressing Tomatoes
- Figures 12-19: Assemble the tomato pressing attachment. This involves inserting the main tube, feeding screw, tomato feeding screw connector, fixed board, tomato mesh, filler piece, fixing ring, and funnel. Tighten the fixing ring securely. Attach the adjustment knob and block juice plank.
- After washing tomatoes, place them in the food tray and use the food pusher to press them into the tube.
4. Cleaning and Maintenance
Disassembling
- Ensure the motor has stopped completely.
- Disconnect the plug from the power outlet.
- Disassemble by reversing the assembly steps (refer to Figures 1-6).
- Figure 20: To easily remove the cutting plate, place a screwdriver between the plate and the head and lift it up.
- Figure 21: Press the locker, move the head as illustrated, then remove it.
Cleaning
- Wash all parts (except the motor unit) by hand in warm soapy water. Rinse with clean warm water and dry thoroughly. Handle sharp parts with care.
- Do not use metal tools for cleaning. Remove meat residue by hand or with a plastic/wooden spatula.
- Do not use petrol, thinners, metal brushes, scouring powder, or similar abrasive materials for cleaning.
- Wipe the motor unit (housing) with a slightly damp cloth and then dry it.
- After washing and drying, wrap the cutting blade and plates in a cloth lightly dampened with edible oil to prevent rust before storing.
