Assembly Steps
Step 1
Assemble the base chassis of the truck. Attach four pieces of part 10153285 to the chassis part 10166787.

Step 2
Place the assembled chassis onto a surface. Apply the decals from sheet 10168316 to the designated areas on the chassis.

Step 3
Assemble the dashboard. Attach the dashboard frame part 10166793 to the main dashboard structure.

Attach the steering wheel. Insert part 10153301 (steering wheel) into the dashboard assembly with a "click" sound. ?️

Combine the dashboard assembly with the main chassis. Align the dashboard assembly with the chassis and press down until it clicks. ?️

Step 6
Attach the truck body. Align the pink truck cab and bed assembly part 10166823 with the chassis and press down to connect.

Assemble the front grille and headlights. Connect parts 10166827 (mirrors/light bar), 10166832 (headlight bar), and 10166824 (grille) to the front of the truck body with a "click" sound. ?️

Step 8
Attach the assembled front end to the truck. Align the front grille assembly with the truck body and press to connect.

Attach the truck bed liner. Insert part 10166822 (bed liner) into the truck bed.

Attach the taillights. Insert the orange taillight parts 10166826 and 10166825 into the rear of the truck body.

Attach the license plate holder. Insert the orange bar part 10166831 into the rear of the truck body.

Install the interior roof supports. Attach two pieces of part 10153284 inside the truck cab.

Prepare the doors. Attach the door hinges (part 10153285) to the door panels (10168320 and 10168334).

Attach the doors to the truck body. Connect the assembled doors to the truck body.

Step 19
Prepare the wheels. Assemble the tires and rims. You will need two sets of 10166829 (tire) and 10166830 (rim), and two sets of 10166802 (tire) and 10159222 (rim). Also prepare two sets of 10159188 (wheel hub) and 10166830 (rim).

Step 20
Attach the wheels to the truck. Connect the assembled wheels to the axles of the truck body.
