Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Assemble the Pick Up Truck

Attach the four wheels (part number 10116372) to the pick-up truck chassis (part number 10123491). The wheels should click securely into place. [✔️ Click]

Step 2: Apply Pick Up Stickers

Apply the stickers from sheet 10160165 to the pick-up truck. Rotate the truck 180 degrees to view the other side.

Step 3: Apply More Pick Up Stickers

Continue applying stickers from sheet 10160165 to the pick-up truck.

Step 4: Pick Up Truck Complete

The pick-up truck assembly is now complete.

Step 5: Assemble Trailer Front

Connect trailer front panel 1 (part number 10123484) to trailer front panel 2 (part number 10123477). Ensure they click securely into place. [✔️ Click]

Step 6: Attach Trailer Sides

Attach trailer side panel 1 (part number 10123478) and trailer front panel 2 (part number 10123485) to the assembly from Step 5. Rotate the assembly 90 degrees. Ensure parts click securely into place. [✔️ Click]

Step 7: Connect to Trailer Base

Attach the assembled front and side panels from Step 6 to the trailer base (part number 10123476). Ensure they click securely into place. [✔️ Click]

Step 8: Attach Second Trailer Side

Attach the second trailer side panel to the trailer base. Rotate the assembly 180 degrees. Ensure parts click securely into place. [✔️ Click]

Step 9: Insert Trailer Interior

Insert the trailer interior parts (part numbers 10123481 and 10123482) into the trailer structure.

Step 10: Secure Interior

Attach the assembled interior parts to the trailer base. Ensure they click securely into place. [✔️ Click]

Step 11: Attach Trailer Wheels

Attach the four trailer wheels (part number 10118381) to the trailer. Ensure they click securely into place. [✔️ Click]

Step 12: Attach Rear Fenders

Attach the two trailer rear fenders (part number 10123483) to the trailer. Ensure they click securely into place. [✔️ Click]

Step 13: Install Trailer Railing

Attach the trailer railing (part number 10115273) to the trailer. Ensure it clicks securely into place. [✔️ Click]

Step 14: Attach Gate Connectors

Attach the two trailer gate connectors (part number 10115274) to the trailer. Ensure they click securely into place. [✔️ Click]

Step 15: Insert Trailer Floor

Insert the trailer floor insert (part number 10123480) into the trailer. Ensure it clicks securely into place. [✔️ Click]

Step 16: Attach Trailer Roof

Attach the trailer roof (part number 10123479) to the trailer. Rotate the trailer 90 degrees. Ensure it clicks securely into place. [✔️ Click]

Step 17: Attach Jockey Wheel

Attach the trailer jockey wheel (part number 10123849) to the trailer. Ensure it clicks securely into place. [✔️ Click]

Step 18: Apply Trailer Graphics

Apply the graphics from the sticker sheet (part number 10160165) to the trailer, following the placement guides indicated by numbers 1 and 2. Rotate the trailer 90 degrees to view the other side.

Step 19: Apply More Trailer Graphics

Continue applying graphics from the sticker sheet (part number 10160165) to the trailer.

Step 20: Assembly Complete

The Schleich Horse Club Pick Up with Horse Box is now fully assembled and ready for play.
