Getting Started

First Use

1. Battery Installation: Open the battery compartment door and insert batteries with the correct polarity.
2. App Installation: Scan the provided QR code or download the “FitGo” application from the App Store or Android Google Play.
3. Registration: Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile device, launch the “FitGo” app, and follow the on-screen instructions.

Important Information & Precautions

• Do not use the scale on individuals with body implants such as pacemakers, artificial limbs, contraceptive devices, or metal plates/screws, as this may cause device malfunction or inaccurate results. Consult a physician if in doubt.
• Ensure good contact between bare feet and the metal electrodes for accurate weight readings. Otherwise, only weight will be displayed.
• Place the scale on a flat, even, and firm surface. Avoid carpets or soft surfaces.
• The scale surface can be slippery when wet. Ensure both the glass surface and your feet are dry before use.
• This scale is not waterproof. Do not expose it to moisture.
• Clean the scale with a slightly damp cloth. Do not use chemical or abrasive cleaning agents.
• If the scale will not be used for an extended period, remove the batteries.
• The appliance is intended solely for domestic use.
• Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
• The initial weighing may show a significant difference in readings. The electronic scale automatically calibrates upon first use or after being moved.
• Weighing data includes the product's own weight; accurate data is obtained by weighing again.
• Why weighing data differs based on the ground: Due to the highly sensitive sensor systems, the scale must be placed on a flat and firm surface. Uneven surfaces, carpets, or foam mats can lead to inaccurate readings.
• Reasons for inconsistent weighing data:
• Unsteady posture (e.g., body shaking) makes data locking difficult. Stand steadily in the center of the scale.
• Ground factor: Uneven or unstable surfaces (carpet, foam pad) will result in incorrect weighing data.
• Important Note: It is recommended to stand steadily in the center of the electronic scale.
