Abnormal Display
- If the product feels cold, a slight "flicker" when turned on is normal.
- The panel contains millions of pixels. Tiny black dots or brightly colored dots (1 ppm) may appear; this is normal and does not affect performance or reliability. This phenomenon also occurs in third-party products and is not subject to exchange or refund.
- Brightness and color may vary depending on viewing position (left/right/top/down) due to panel characteristics. This is not a malfunction.
- Avoid touching the screen or holding fingers against it for extended periods, as this may cause temporary distortion effects.
Generated Sound (Depending on model)
- "Cracking" noise: Occurs due to plastic thermal contraction from temperature and humidity. Common in products with thermal deformation.
- Electrical circuit humming/panel buzzing: Low-level noise from high-speed switching circuits. Varies by product. Does not affect performance or reliability.
Troubleshooting: TV Not Turning On Continuously
The TV does not turn on continuously due to Always Ready mode operation or does not automatically turn on by sensor (Depending on model)
- The motion sensor is located on the bottom center of the TV.
- The motion sensor is supported by some models only.
- Foreign substances on the motion sensor may cause it to malfunction.
- The motion sensor may not work properly if the environment is too bright or too dark.
- Obstacles in front of the TV may affect motion sensor detection.
- The sensor can operate by recognizing changes in lighting or movement of objects (pets, robot vacuum cleaners, etc.).

- Spray just enough water or cleaner onto a dry cloth to wipe the screen.
Precautions for Protecting the OLED TV Screen
Unlike regular LED/LCDs, OLED TVs produce light for each pixel, achieving perfect black and clear images without blurring. Due to the nature of organic materials used for high-resolution image quality, OLED displays generally experience image retention, which can be a persistent phenomenon.
This phenomenon is observed in all OLED panels. While recommended picture modes can minimize image retention, current technology cannot completely prevent it. Displaying the same image for a long time or repeatedly displaying it can cause image retention, a common phenomenon in OLED products.
This product has a built-in screen protection feature. Avoid displaying images likely to cause image retention and follow the recommendations.
Images Likely to Cause Image Retention:
- Images with black areas on the top/bottom and/or left/right sides of the screen.
- Images with aspect ratios of 4:3 or 21:9.
- Images fixed for a long time, such as program numbers, station logos, game console icons, set-top box menus, etc.
- Other fixed screen images or repeatedly displayed images.
Recommendations for Minimising Image Retention:
- When watching TV for a long time, press the [Menu] button, go to [Picture] > [Select Mode], and set to [Auto Power Save]. Go to [Advanced Settings] > [Brightness] and set [OLED Pixel Brightness] to a lower level.
- Press the [Menu] button, go to [General] > [OLED Care] > [OLED Panel Care], and set [Adjust Logo Brightness] to [High].
- When showing images with black bars, press the [Menu] button, go to [Picture] > [Aspect Ratio] > [User Selection] > [Vertical Zoom] or [4-Way Zoom] to remove the black bars.
- Turn off device menus (e.g., set-top boxes) when not in use to prevent them from being displayed on the screen for extended periods.
Note: When the screen displays a fixed image for a long time, screen brightness will automatically reduce and then restore once the content changes. This is a normal function to minimize image retention.
Running [Pixel Cleaning] to Protect the OLED TV Screen:
The OLED TV has a pixel cleaning feature to check screen status and prevent image retention. It calculates optimal execution time based on accumulated viewing time and runs automatically when the TV is turned off. Horizontal lines may appear at the top/bottom of the screen during this process. Pixel cleaning requires the product to be connected to the power cord and main power.
To run this function manually, press the [Menu] button on the remote control, navigate to [General] > [OLED Care] > [OLED Panel Care], and press [Pixel Cleaning].
