Product Overview

The IMILAB C20 Pro camera can be placed on various horizontal surfaces such as desks, kitchen tables, or coffee tables. It can also be mounted on a wall.

Installation

Wall Mounting:

1. Drill two holes in the wall using the camera base as a template. It is recommended to mark the hole locations with a pencil before drilling. Each hole should be approximately 6 mm in diameter and 30 mm deep.
2. Insert two plastic expansion plugs into the holes in the wall.
3. Ensure the base unit is positioned as indicated by the upward arrow. Mount the base unit in the appropriate location by screwing the screws into the plastic expansion plugs.
4. Align the groove on the bottom of the camera with the raised part of the base, snap it into place, and rotate it in the direction shown below until it locks into the correct position.

Warning: To avoid damage or injury, the device must be securely attached to the ceiling/wall according to the mounting instructions. When mounting the camera on the wall, remember that the wall must be able to support at least three times the total weight of the product.

Operating Instructions

Powering On the Device

The IMILAB C20 Pro camera activates automatically when the power cable is plugged into the micro-USB charging port.

1. If the indicator light flashes orange, it means the device has been successfully activated. If you do not see a flashing orange light, reset the camera.

2. After turning on the camera, do not attempt to force its rotation. If the camera's position is incorrect, it can be adjusted using the app.

Status Indicator:

• Solid blue: Connection/device status is normal.
• Flashing blue: Network error.
• Fast flashing orange: Waiting for connection.
• Slow flashing orange: System update in progress.

Installing MicroSD Card

Ensure the camera's power is disconnected. Slide the lens upwards until the MicroSD card slot appears, then insert the MicroSD card into the slot (contacts facing down).

Note: Turn off the camera power before inserting or removing the card. Use a suitable MicroSD card from a reputable manufacturer, with a read/write speed of at least U1/Class 10 (maximum supported capacity is 64 GB).

Restoring Factory Settings (Camera Reset)

Press and hold the reset hole with a thin needle; you will hear a voice prompt "reset succeed". Data saved on the MicroSD card will not be deleted.

Imilab Home App Installation

This product works with the Imilab Home app, which allows you to control the camera. Scan the QR code to download and install the app, or search for "Imilab Home" in your app store. Open the Imilab Home app, tap "+" in the upper right corner, and follow the instructions to add your device.

Adding a Device: Open the Imilab Home app, tap "+" in the upper right corner. Tap "[-]" and scan the QR code under the device with your phone, then follow the instructions to add your device. Alternatively, open the Imilab Home app, tap "+" in the upper right corner, click "IMILAB C20 Pro", and follow the on-screen instructions.

Precautions

• The operating temperature range for this camera is -10°C to 40°C. Do not use the camera in locations where the temperature is higher or lower than the specified range.
• The camera is a precision electronic product. To ensure its normal operation, do not install it in environments with high humidity or expose it to water.
• To improve camera performance, do not point its lens towards or next to reflective surfaces such as glass windows or white walls, as this may cause the image to appear too bright in areas close to the camera and darker in distant areas, or cause the camera to generate white images.
• Ensure the camera is installed in a location with a strong Wi-Fi signal. Do not place the camera near objects that may affect the Wi-Fi signal, such as metal objects or microwave ovens.
• Under normal operating conditions, this equipment should be kept at a distance of at least 20 cm between the antenna and the user's body.
