Polono PL60 Logistics Label Printer User Guide
This guide provides instructions for setting up and using your Polono PL60 Logistics Label Printer.
Important Safety Information
Warning:
- The print head can be very hot after printing. Do not touch the print head.
- Do not allow the print head to be scratched or damaged.
- Do not use unprovided accessories.
- Do not attempt repairs yourself; contact sales for assistance.
- Keep away from direct sunlight, water, dust, and other debris.
- Unplug when idle for a long time.
- Keep away from children.

The Polono PL60 is a logistics label printer designed for efficient label printing.

Driver Installation and Setup
Windows Setup
- Before installation, plug in and power on the printer. Connect it to your computer.
- Browse the U-disk for the Windows driver file and click to install. Alternatively, download the driver from polono.com.
Mac Setup
- Browse the U-disk for the Mac driver file and click to install. Alternatively, download the driver from polono.com.
Page Setup
To configure page size or other settings:
- Windows: Go to "Settings" > "Devices" > "Printers & scanners" > "PL60" > "Manage" > "Printing preferences".
- Mac: Launchpad > "System Preferences" > "Printers & scanners" > "PL60" > "Options & Supplies".
Loading and Using Labels
Loading the Roll (Folding Paper)
- Power on the printer and adjust the paper guides to fit the paper width.
- Insert the paper into the external paper roll inlet.
- The paper will automatically feed into the printer.
Loading External Paper Roll
Note:
- When the printer is powered on, the paper feeds automatically.
- Align the external paper roll holder with the hooks at the bottom of the printer.
- Label holder inclusion depends on your order.
Power Connection
- Connect the power cord to the printer's power receptacle.
- Connect the other end of the power cord to a wall socket.
Note: Refer to the PL60 User Manual for detailed tool and driver installation.
Clearing Paper Jams
- Power off the printer and unplug the power cord. Open the printer's top cover using the cover open levers.
- If the printer was recently used, allow the print head to cool down for 2-3 minutes.
- Carefully remove the jammed paper.
- Reload new paper.
Note: Power off the printer when clearing a paper jam.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Power off the printer and unplug the power cord. Open the printer's top cover.
- Allow the print head to cool down for 2-3 minutes if recently used.
- Clean the print head with alcohol using a dust-free cloth or while wearing rubber gloves.
- Wait for the alcohol to dry completely.
- Plug in and power on the printer. Press and hold the feed button for 2-3 seconds to print a test page.

FAQS
- I installed the printer's driver. Why am I still unable to print?
The printer must be powered on and connected to the computer before driver installation. Uninstall and reinstall the driver. - Why am I printing blank labels?
Ensure you are using thermal labels and that they are oriented correctly with the label side facing upwards. - How do I calibrate the printer?
Press and hold the feed button until the blue indicator flashes twice. Release the button; the printer will calibrate. - How do I set or change printer settings?
Windows: Devices > Printers & Scanners > PLONO PL60 > Manage > Printing preferences. Additional settings are in the Advanced tab.
Mac: Launchpad > System Preferences > Printers & scanners > PL60 > Options & Supplies.

Polono offers a 1-year warranty from the delivery date, covering quality-related issues and product defects.
If you are past the 30-day return period on Amazon, contact Polono directly via the "Contact seller" option on your Order Details. Polono can send a replacement product if it is not working properly.
This warranty does not cover abuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs.
