Location of Controls

The speaker features controls and ports on its top panel and side.

Top Panel Controls

Volume -: Short press to decrease volume.
Volume +: Short press to increase volume.
Power Button: Press and hold for 2 seconds to turn on, press and hold for 5 seconds to turn off.
Play/Pause Button: Short press to play or pause music.
Mode Button (M): Short press to switch between Bluetooth, Micro SD, and USB modes.

Side/Bottom Ports

Micro SD Audio Reader: Slot for Micro SD cards.
USB-C Charging Port: For charging the device.
USB Audio Reader: USB port for audio playback.

Operation

Powering On/Off

To turn on: Press and hold the Power button for 2 seconds. The blue indicator light will flash for 1 second.

To turn off: Press and hold the Power button for 5 seconds. The blue indicator light will flash for 1 second.

Bluetooth Pairing

1. Turn on the speaker.

2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), search for Bluetooth devices.

3. Select "BT-Distrikt" from the list of available devices and connect.

Note on Resetting: Pressing the Mode button 4 times clears the Bluetooth pairing record. Pressing the Mode button 5 times resets the device.

Music Control

Previous Track: Press and hold the Volume - button.
Volume -: Short press the Volume - button.
Next Track: Press and hold the Volume + button.
Volume +: Short press the Volume + button.
Play/Pause: Short press the Play/Pause button.

Indicator Light: The blue light blinks slowly during music playback.

Call Handling

Answer/End Call: Short press the Play/Pause button.
Reject Call: Press and hold the Play/Pause button for 2 seconds.
Activate Voice Assistant (SIRI/Google Assistant/Bixby): Double press the Play/Pause button.

Connections & Modes

Media Playback Modes

Short press the Mode button (M) to cycle through:

Micro SD Card Mode: Insert a Micro SD card into the Micro SD slot for audio playback.
USB Mode: Connect a USB storage device to the USB port for audio playback.

Charging

Connect the USB-C charging cable to the USB-C Charging Port and a power source (e.g., USB adapter, computer).

Battery Information

Low Battery Warning

The speaker will provide a "Low battery" warning at 10% charge and again at 5% charge.

The speaker will automatically power off when the battery reaches 1% charge.

Power & Charging Indicators

Powering On: The blue light flashes for 1 second.
Powering Off: The blue light flashes for 1 second.
Charging: The indicator light turns solid red.
Charging Complete: After approximately 3-4 hours, the red light turns off.

Auto Power Off

The speaker will automatically power off after 3 minutes of inactivity to conserve battery.

TWS (True Wireless Stereo) Function

To pair two Distrikt speakers for stereo sound:

Turn on both speakers.
Press and hold the Power button on either speaker for 2 seconds. A short sound will be heard, indicating they are connected in TWS mode.
Connect one of the speakers to your device via Bluetooth (select "BT-Distrikt").

To cancel the TWS connection: Press and hold the Power button on both speakers for 5 seconds.
