Dishwasher:
Containers, lids, and blade assemblies are dishwasher safe. Ensure blade assembly and lid are removed from the container before placing in the dishwasher.
NOTE: For best results, use a dishwasher.
Motor Base:
Unplug the motor base before cleaning. Wipe with a clean, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cloths, pads, or brushes.

Troubleshooting Guide
[warning] To reduce the risk of shock and unintended operation, turn power off and unplug unit before troubleshooting.
- Display reads "- -": Ensure container and lid are properly installed and locked.
- Display reads "E1": Unplug, let cool for 15 minutes. Remove blade assembly and empty contents to clear any jamming ingredients.
- Display reads "E2": Unplug, let cool for 5 minutes. Remove blade assembly and empty contents. If output is too thick, add more liquid.
- Blade speed changes with thinner ingredients: This is normal operation due to smart technology when using speeds 9 or 10 in the Power Pitcher.
- Unit doesn't mix well; ingredients get stuck: Use Auto-iQ® programs for best results. Add liquid if ingredients routinely get stuck. Layer ingredients properly: fruit/veggies, then leafy greens/herbs, then liquids/yogurt, then seeds/powders/nut butters, then ice/frozen ingredients.
- Unit moves on counter while blending: Ensure the surface and feet of the unit are clean and dry.
- Preset program will not work: Ensure you are using the correct container for the selected program. Programs illuminate based on the installed container.
- Food is not evenly chopped: Cut ingredients into uniform sizes and do not overfill the Power Pitcher. Refer to the Quick Start Guide or Inspiration Guide for prep instructions.
- Pitcher lid handle will not fold down: The handle will not fold unless attached to the pitcher. For storage, place lid on pitcher, press handle until it clicks, and align pour spout with the corner farthest from the handle, then press down to lock.
- Can only select speed 10 in Manual Mode when using the Power Nutri Cup: This is normal. All 10 speeds are available with the Power Pitcher and Stacked Blade Assembly.
- IMPORTANT: Only use speeds 1 or 2 when using the Dough Blade Assembly.
