Mechanical Air Fryer
The appliance is a mechanical air fryer designed for domestic use. It operates using hot air to cook food, offering a healthier alternative to traditional frying methods.
Important Safety Instructions
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed:
- Ensure the appliance voltage matches your domestic voltage and it is correctly plugged into an earthed electrical socket.
- Stop using the appliance immediately if it or its cord is damaged.
- If the cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons to prevent risk.
- The appliance is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience, unless supervised or instructed by a responsible person.
- Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
- Do not allow the cord to contact hot surfaces.
- Position the appliance with at least 10 cm of free space around it and do not place anything above it.
- Use the appliance only for purposes described in this manual.
- Be cautious of hot steam released when operating or removing the frying pot. Keep hands and face at a safe distance.
- Appliance surfaces may become hot during use.
- Do not use the appliance beneath curtains or other flammable materials.
- The appliance is not intended to be operated by an external timer or separate remote control system.
- The appliance is designed for use in environments between 5°C and 40°C.
- Allow the appliance to cool for at least 30 minutes before handling or cleaning.
- The appliance is suitable for domestic or similar use in staff kitchen areas, farmhouses, hotels, motels, and B&Bs.

Before First Use
- Remove all packaging materials.
- Clean the frying basket and frying pot with hot water, detergent, and a non-abrasive sponge. These items are not dishwasher-proof.
- Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a damp cloth.
- A slight odor may be emitted during the first use, which is normal and not harmful.
Operating Instructions
- Plug the appliance into an earthed electrical socket.
- Pre-heat the appliance by turning the temperature control knob to 200°C and the timer to at least three minutes.
- When the timer knob returns to "0", carefully pull out the frying pot. Place ingredients into the frying basket, ensuring not to exceed the MAX line or overfill. Slide the frying pot back into the appliance. Never use the frying pot without the frying basket inside.
- Set the appropriate cooking temperature and time. The appliance will start automatically.
- When the timer sounds, the food is ready. Pull out the frying pot and place it on a heat-resistant surface. Check the food; if not ready, return the pot and set the timer for a few extra minutes.
- To remove food, carefully pull out the frying pot, press the basket release button, and lift out the frying basket. Do not turn the basket upside down with the pot attached, as collected oil may leak onto the food.
- Empty the frying basket into a bowl or onto a plate. The appliance can be used again immediately.
Tips:
- Add a little oil directly to food for a crispier result.
- To optimize cooking and avoid uneven frying, pull out the frying pot halfway through cooking and shake the contents. Do not press the basket release button when shaking.
- If the fryer is not preheated, increase the cooking time by three minutes.

Troubleshooting

Cleaning and Maintenance
- Before cleaning, turn the timer to "0", unplug the appliance, and wait for it to cool completely.
- Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid. It is not dishwasher-proof.
- Clean the frying pot and basket with hot water, washing-up liquid, and a non-abrasive sponge. If residue is stuck, soak the pot and basket in hot water with washing-up liquid for about 10 minutes.
- Wipe the appliance surface with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning products.
Storage
- Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before storing. Ensure all parts are clean and dry. Store in a dry place.
- Do not place heavy items on top of the appliance.
Disposal
Dispose of the appliance and its packaging according to local laws and regulations. Contact your local authority for disposal and recycling options. This appliance contains electronic components and must be disposed of separately from household waste at the end of its life.
