- Remove all packaging materials.
- Remove all stickers or labels from the appliance.
- Clean the grill rack and the pot thoroughly with hot water, some dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge.
- Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a damp cloth. This is an oil-free fryer that works with hot air. Do not fill the pot directly with oil or frying fat.
Note: During the first heating of the fryer, there may be slight smoke or odor development. This is normal for many heating appliances and does not affect the safety of your appliance.
PREPARATION FOR USE
- Place the appliance on a stable, horizontal, and level surface.
- Do not place the appliance on a non-heat-resistant surface.
- Place the grill rack in the pot.
- Do not fill the pot with oil or other liquids.
- Do not place any objects on the appliance, as this will interrupt the airflow and affect the hot air frying result.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
- Plug the appliance into a grounded socket.
- Carefully remove the pot from the fryer.
- Place the ingredients on the grill rack.
- Slide the pot back into the fryer.
- Ensure the guides in the fryer housing are carefully aligned. Never use the pot without the grill rack.
- Caution! Do not touch the pot during and for some time after use, as it gets very hot. Hold the pot only by the handle.
- Determine the required cooking time for the ingredients (see "Settings" section for reference).
- Some ingredients need to be shaken halfway through the cooking time (see "Settings" section). To shake the ingredients, pull the pot out of the appliance by the handle and shake it. Then slide the pot back into the fryer.
- When you hear the timer buzzer, the set cooking time has elapsed. Pull the pot out of the appliance.
Tips: During use, you can adjust the temperature and time to your taste. Your setting will be maintained for about 1 minute after removing the pot.
- Check if the ingredients are ready. If the ingredients are not yet ready, simply slide the pot back into the appliance and set the timer for a few more minutes.
- To remove ingredients (e.g., French fries), remove the pot from the fryer and place it on a heat-resistant surface. Do not turn the pot upside down while the grill rack is still in it, as excess oil collected at the bottom may drip onto the ingredients. The pot and ingredients are hot. Depending on the type of ingredients in the air fryer, steam may escape from the pot.
- When a batch of ingredients is ready, the fryer is immediately ready for preparing another batch.

SETTINGS
The table below helps you select basic settings for ingredients. Note: These settings are only guidelines. As ingredients vary in origin, size, shape, and brand, we cannot guarantee the best setting for your ingredients. Thanks to Rapid-Air Technology, the air in the appliance is immediately reheated, and briefly removing the pot during hot air frying hardly disrupts the process.
Tips
- A. Smaller ingredients generally require a slightly shorter cooking time than larger ingredients.
- B. A larger quantity of ingredients requires a slightly longer cooking time, while a smaller quantity requires a slightly shorter cooking time.
- C. Shaking smaller ingredients halfway through the cooking time optimizes the end result and helps ensure ingredients are not fried unevenly.
- D. Add a little oil to fresh potatoes for a crispy result. Fry your ingredients in the air fryer within minutes after adding the oil.
- E. Do not prepare extremely fatty ingredients like sausages in the air fryer.
- F. Snacks that can be prepared in the oven can also be prepared in the fryer.
- G. The optimal amount for preparing crispy French fries is 500 grams.
- H. With pre-made dough, you can quickly and easily prepare filled snacks. Pre-made dough also requires a shorter cooking time than homemade dough.
- I. Place a baking dish or casserole dish in the fryer if you want to bake a cake or quiche, or if you want to fry delicate or filled ingredients.
- J. You can also use the air fryer to reheat ingredients. To reheat ingredients, set the temperature to 150°C for up to 10 minutes.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem | Possible Causes | Solutions |
The air fryer does not function | The appliance is not plugged in. | Plug the power cord into a grounded socket and ensure the power indicator is lit. |
You have not set the timer. | Set the timer to the desired cooking time to switch on the appliance.
Ingredients in the air fryer are not ready. | The quantity of ingredients is too large. | Place smaller quantities of ingredients in the pot. Smaller batches will fry more evenly. |
The set temperature is too low. | Set the temperature to the desired setting (see "Settings" section).
The preparation time is too short. | Set the timer to the desired cooking time (see "Settings" section).
Ingredients are fried unevenly in the air fryer. | Certain types of ingredients need to be shaken halfway through the cooking time. | Ingredients that are layered or lying crosswise (e.g., French fries) must be shaken halfway through the cooking time. See "Settings" section. |
Fried snacks are not crispy when they come out of the air fryer. | You have used a type of snack intended for preparation in a conventional fryer. | Use oven snacks or lightly coat the snacks with oil to make them crispier. |
I cannot slide the pan into the appliance correctly. | The rack is not inserted correctly into the pot. | Push the rack down into the pot until it cannot go down any further. |
White smoke comes from the appliance. | Too many ingredients in the pot. | The food ingredients should not exceed the maximum position. |
You are preparing fatty ingredients. | When frying fatty ingredients in the air fryer, a large amount of oil will be released into the pot. The oil will produce white smoke, and the pot may heat up more than usual. This does not affect the appliance or the end result.
The pot still contains grease residue from previous use. | White smoke is caused by heating fat in the pot. Ensure you clean the pot thoroughly after each use.
Fresh French fries are fried unevenly in the air fryer. | You have not rinsed the potato sticks properly before frying. | Rinse the potato sticks well to remove starch from the outside of the sticks. |
Fresh French fries are not crispy when they come out of the fryer. | The crispiness of French fries depends on the amount of oil and water in the French fries. | Ensure you dry the potato sticks well before adding oil. Cut the potato sticks smaller for a crispier result. Add a little more oil for a crispier result. |
